White House Micromanaged Torture

Friends have suggested to me that the reason it is impossible to focus any attention in Washington on Nazi-style human experiments being conducted by the USA at the present time is that officials are afraid of how high up the responsibility may go. Now the cat is out of the bag. The responsibility goes right up into the Office of the President.
