I support MR MOSTAFA HOSNY'S request for an appointment to discuss DIRECTED ENERGY AND NEUROLOGICAL WEAPONS TORTURE AND ABUSE.

DIRECTED ENERGY and NEUROLOGICAL WEAPONS TORTURE AND ABUSE constitutes the most extreme and totalitarian violation of human rights in human history. There are many all over the world who are being subjected to such torture and abuse.
