I am replying with this sort of form e-mail body to all the addresses contained in said e-mail. The attachment with this e-mail contains an article written by myself about electromagnetic radiation weaponry and how the attacks with it work. In the article there are also ways mentioned to detect the attacks. I do not have the resources for the detection devices or I assure you that the people committing the attacks would already be dead.
