Friends have suggested to me that the reason it is impossible to focus any attention in Washington on Nazi-style human experiments being conducted by the USA at the present time is that officials are afraid of how high up the responsibility may go. Now the cat is out of the bag. The responsibility goes right up into the Office of the President.

I cannot say I knew Philip Agee, although I did meet him on one, public occaision. Several of the people whom I consider friends in my battle against Nazi-style human experiments by the CIA knew him very well through Covert Action Quarterly, etc. A generation is dying out and the problem of depravity at the very highest levels of the U.S. Government remains unsolved and unpunished.
