“ONE SAME LETTER” should be written to the listed below stating that in additional to House Resolution 1026 crimes that many of the victims of the National Center for Victims of Crimes may also fall into HR 1026 Cointelpro considering some of these victims. Don’t know who their stalkers are and may be stalked under Mind Control etc. and by TIs as a Group approaching the National Crime Victim Bar Association of our stalking and harassment crimes they should work closely with congress regarding House Resolution 1026 and represent TIs in the filing of a law suit BEING AS THOUGH ALL THE LAWSUITS FILED BY THEM ARE “STALKING & HARASSMENTS”
