Dear Ruth,
yesterday I have mailed all three petitions (two of them to two committees of the Red Cross) - the final versions are attached. Next week I will mail you all the attachments as I have promised - this time I got only three copies and then I realized that to the Red Cross I have to mail 2 copies. I do not think that the petitions have changed that much that people would have to read it again. However the concise version of the petition can be now signed at the address:

Next week I will attempt to publish the petition as an open letter at globalresearch and some other sites and as well in the Czech internet newspaper with some 5000 readers. Would you know about any publication in Germany which could publish the open letter to ICRC or Amnesty Intl. together with the address where the petitions could be signed? I am sure such publications might help a lot.
