"That engineer (Yahya Rahmat-Samii ) is the head ( Chairman) of the Electrical Engineering department at UCLA. As a friend of mine who is an engineer said: it is frightening stuff. Keep my name out of it, but forward it. People should know what your tax dollars are buying at engineering schools in Babylon today!"
