For most people the idea that brain computer interface technology is influencing our thoughts is nothing less than fantastical science fiction.
But such claims made in court by a Nanaimo man, Jerry Rose, appear to be widespread.
One Toronto woman, after seeing the story on Wednesday about a Nanaimo judge reserving his decision to dismiss the case, said in an e-mail that she has been "involved in this type of technology for 15 years" and Rose's claim is "based on solid research."
