Many of you have expressed concern or assistance around the concept of Targeted Individuals. Through the help of others I am trying to pull together those of us interested in developing a coalition as we move forward to fight this atrocity from a legal and technical perspective. Some have speculated that several programs such as “Weed and Seed” are a key root cause of this activity; however there are many other applicable programs underway that enable targeting individuals. Your leadership is needed to seek out other TI’s and stay in close contact with them and myself so that we can form a united front exhibiting great credibility as we prepare to take appropriate actions to educate others, expose invasive activities, and end this non-stop invasion of personal rights. I understand and fully respect that trust is a surmounting factor as you step-up to this challenge and all that I ask at this point is ensuring that your contacts be willing to come forward once trust is established.
