Nice somewhere I heard that the next weapon will be no more with micro-waves but with noise!!! 170 decibel can kill you also! The big problem is, that our governments are not able to understand what is going on. To many of the people with power don't have enough formation in the science and as nearly all of the advances in science were hidden by the army and others, this knowledge is still not learned at the normal universities.
