Given this information, is it really taking it too far to imagine that the telephone poles can also transmit rfid information via satellites? This link sort of hints at how this is possible

Dabei wird von nicht-invasiven neuro-elektrischen Sensoren (für EEG, ECG, EMG )gesprochen, generell von neuro-engineering. Die entsprechenden NASA-AMES- Seiten sind zum grössteil geschwärzt. EPIC (Electronic Privacy Information Center), eine Organisation zum Schutz der Rechte von Privatpersonen und der Privatsphäre hat viele Veröffentlichungen darüber, auch die Verhandlungen mit dem Europäischen Parlament (EP), gar gerichtliche Abklärungen der EU wegen Verletzung der europäischen Datenschutzgesetze usw. Dies kam alles ins Rollen, weil die Amerikaner derartige Geräte (mind reading) in US Flughäfen aufstellen wollten (Anti-Terror-Massnahmen).
