Amnesty International
As best I can understand the situation, at present time it is probable that Amnesty International will publish some document in support of victims of mind control experimentation, but there are two conditions which should be met to assure this event:
1) Palestinians should be found which will confirm that such weapons were used against them as was stated by Israeli general in the article in Defense News, December 17 - 23, 2001, Barbara Opall-Rome, "Israel Fields Means to Suppress Palestinian Violence"
2) Victims of mind control experimentation around the world should write e-mails to the headquarters of Amnesty International with simple statement such as "I consider myself a victim of mind control manipulation by technical means" and whatever other text whoever wished to add. You can contact the International Secretariat of Amnesty International directly from the address

As for the Palestinian victims a week ago I sent an inquiry to nine addresses of human rights and prisoners organisations in Palestine.
The e-mail addresses I found at the website http://www.alternativenews.org . It might help if more organisations from this site receive more inquiries from around the world. Though it is not out of question that mind control technology in Palestine was used rather for crowd control or for interrogation of prisoners than for mind manipulation experiments.
