I cannot remember whether I sent this article around or not. It deals with equipment of the type being used to torture us, but without mentioning us. Steve Wright and the Guardian know better because this type of weapon was being used on me and a group of British activists as early as 1983.

Here is a very good paper written by Cheryl Welsh for her class in National Security law. P.S. This time of year is always very difficult because of a folk belief that more people commit suicide at this time of year than any other. They are suffering from loneliness as the rest of the world(they think) is out partying. If you are being bombarded, stay out of your house or apartment as much as you can. Get a job clerking in a store until the end of the month, perhaps.
