They are receiving cases such as ours - so I have sent my CLARIFIED and SUMMARISED CASE to all of them.

As they are all very responsible organisations I should think they are actively collecting, assessing and considering these issues, and theirs and our options.

HERE'S THE REPLY I GOT FROM THE ICC, THE HAGUE

I sent the SUMMARY OF MY DIRECTED ENERGY AND PSYCHOTRONIC WEAPONS TORTURE AND ABUSE CASE by mail to the International Criminal Court in The Hague, Holland and received the following reply:-

“Dear Sir, Madam

The Office of the Prosecutor of the International Criminal Court acknowledges receipt of you documents/letter.

This communication has been duly entered in the Communications Register of the Office. We will give consideration to this communication, as appropriate, in accordance with the provisions of the Rome Statute of the International Criminal Court.

As soon as a decision is reached, we will inform you, in writing, and provide you with reasons for this decision.
