Today I stumbled upon a strange website from Japan, I say "strange" because the site is regarding stalking, electronic assault, etc.. It appears though as it is a forum where both the predators and the victims and the psychopaths communicate (if I am reading this correctly as it is translated from Japanese).

If this is the case it seems as though electronic assault is well accepted in Japan and it's presence is acknowledged, go figure. Have look and let me know what you think.
