Dear Ti's & Concerned Citizen,

News as to our court case is as follows! The Appeals Court has set a definite date for our last phase of our appeal being the "Oral Argument". That date is set for August 9th 2007 we are the third case to be heard and asked to be there by 9:30 for the procedures of the day to commence at 10:00 PM. Approximately an hour or so may be our oral argument; possibly much sooner if others on the calendar do not show up.

It was anticipated to be some 30 minutes long according to initial paperwork, we did anticipate that length of time to talk. But the court has a rule according to FRAP (Federal Rules of Appellant Procedure) that states Pro Se plaintiffs (Appellants in the Appeals Court) will be granted 5 minutes. That time is also a discretion of the court where it can be longer or zero if they so desire.

Just showing up will potentially be noticed as an issue we are not alone. Sitting in may take from 10 PM to 3 PM or it could go quickly and be done before lunch. We prefer only that you dress up a bit; this is to show support not a protest. Walking in and sitting in the same an area of the court room will be sufficient to let the court realize there is a support group with us.

Being that it is 5 minutes We would say to those of you who wish to come to that appeal, do come. We believe that it would be of help in showing support. If you are comming a long way consider the following:

It has been very hard on us as you might imagine, we are under attack. We will stop and say hello to everyone that comes before the oral argument. After the oral argument we plan to go straight home; we are too stressed out for much, hope you understand. We do not plan on a lunch or a meeting after the oral argument with everyone; if you come make plans on the spur of the moment with others there for a lunch or meeting as you like. The benefit to everyone is not from some meeting, conversation or lunch; it is that we win so that it opens the door for us and you too. Do not feel slighted we do not join a meeting or lunch, we are again being electronically beaten and have need for recovery. Instead we will be on a conference call later in that same week for any questions people may have.

Also be aware it takes from 2 weeks to 1 month or more for a decision on an appeal case, according to personnel of the court. Pray the time will be short and right, that justice prevails.

USA}
