"Physiological effects have been observed in a human subject in response to stimulation of the skin with weak electromagnetic fields that are pulsed with certain frequencies near 1/2 Hz or 2.4 Hz, such as to excite a sensory resonance. Many computer monitors and TV tubes, when displaying pulsed images, emit pulsed electromagnetic fields of sufficient amplitudes to cause such excitation. According to the U.S. Patent Office's website, a gentleman named Hendricus G. Loos of Laguna Beach, California has patented a system that can electronically deliver sensations to you. They can range from relaxation, to a "tonic smile", or from sexual excitement to a "sudden loose stool". What's worse, the sensations can be delivered silently, without your knowledge or consent.

Loos has recognized that cathode ray tubes, the "picture tubes" in televisions or monitors, emit electromagnetic radiation (EMR) in a pulse form, and that when controlled, different sensations can be accomplished depending on the frequency of the pulsing EMR.

Loos has also invented a computer program capable of introducing this modulation of EMR into a signal for delivery to a monitor or TV. The strength of the effect would depend on the size of the monitor and your proximity to it.

What he's done is he's patented the EMR equivalent of what a flashing strobe light can do to your system. If you've ever been disoriented or even nauseated by a strobe light, you can visualize the effect that pulsed EMR can have on the system. The pulsing of the EMR is happening every time we watch television, but it now happens in a random fashion. It's similar to the way the light intensity in a darkened room fluctuates as the television picture content changes. What he's basically done is to develop and patent a system that harnesses that normal activity and delivers controlled EMR pulses.

Loos himself is a bit apologetic in his own application when he expresses concern about potential misuse "since it opens a way for mischievous application of the invention, whereby people are exposed unknowingly to manipulation of their nervous systems for someone else's purposes. Such application would be unethical and is of course not advocated. It is mentioned here in order to alert the public to the possibility of covert abuse that may occur while being online..."

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION

The invention relates to the stimulation of the human nervous system by an electromagnetic field applied externally to the body. A neurological effect of external electric fields has been mentioned by Wiener (1958), in a discussion of the bunching of brain waves through nonlinear interactions. The electric field was arranged to provide "a direct electrical driving of the brain". Wiener describes the field as set up by a 10 Hz alternating voltage of 400 V applied in a room between ceiling and ground. Brennan (1992) describes in U.S. Pat. No. 5,169,380 an apparatus for alleviating disruptions in circadian rythms of a mammal, in which an alternating electric field is applied across the head of the subject by two electrodes placed a short distance from the skin.

A dev ice involving a field electrode as well as a contact electrode is the "Graham Potentializer" mentioned by Hutchison (1991). This relaxation device uses motion, light and sound as well as an alternating electric field applied mainly to the head. The contact electrode is a metal bar in Ohmic contact with the bare feet of the subject, and the field electrode is a hemispherical metal headpiece placed several inches from the subject's head.

In these three electric stimulation methods the external electric field is applied predominantly to the head, so that electric currents are induced in the brain in the physical manner governed by electrodynamics. Such currents can be largely avoided by applying the field not to the head, but rather to skin areas away from the head. Certain cutaneous receptors may then be stimulated and they would provide a signal input into the brain along the natural pathways of afferent nerves. It has b een found that, indeed, physiological effects can be induced in this manner by very weak electric fields, if they are pulsed with a frequency near 1/2 Hz. The observed effects include ptosis of the eyelids, relaxation, drowziness, the feeling of pressure at a centered spot on the lower edge of the brow, seeing moving patterns of dark purple and greenish yellow with the eyes closed, a tonic smile, a tense feeling in the stomach, sudden loose stool, and sexual excitement, depending on the precise frequency used, and the skin area to which the field is applied. The sharp frequency dependence suggests involvement of a resonance mechanism.

It has been found that the resonance can be excited not only by externally applied pulsed electric fields, as discussed in U.S. Pat. Nos. 5,782,874, 5,899,922, 6,081,744, and 6,167,304, but also by pulsed magnetic fields, as described in U.S. Pat. Nos. 5,935,054 and 6,238 ,3 33, by weak heat pulses applied to the skin, as discussed in U.S. Pat. Nos. 5,800,481 and 6,091,994, and by subliminal acoustic pulses, as described in U.S. Pat. No. 6,017,302. Since the resonance is excited through sensory pathways, it is called a sensory resonance.

Device and method for creation of emotions

Abstract

A device and a method for creation of emotions are provided for an interface of information, such as an artificial agent and a personified agent, intervened between a human being (i.e., user) and an electronic apparatus. For instance, an emotion creating device is configured by a neural network, a behavior determination engine and a feature determination engine. The neural network inputs user information, representing conditions of the user, and apparatus information, representing conditions of the apparatus, so as to produce emotional states. Herein, a present set of emotional states are produced in consideration of a previous set of emotional states. The emotional states represent prescribed emotions such as pleasure, anger, sadness and surprise. The behavior determination engine refers to a behavior determination database using the user information and the emotional states of the neural network so as to determine a behavior of the interface. The feature determination engin e refers to a database using the emotional states of the neural network to determine a feature of the interface, which corresponds to a facial feature.

What is claimed is:

1. An emotion creating device, provided for an interface of information between a user and an electronic apparatus, comprising:

a neural network for inputting user information, apparatus information and a present set of emotional states so as to output a next set of emotional states;

a behavior determination engine for inputting the user information and the emotional states of the neural network so as to determine a behavior of an interface; and

a feature determination engine for inputting the emotional states of the neural network to determine a feature of the interface.

2. An emotion creating device as defined in claim 1 wherein the user information corresponds to a number of times of blinking detected by a camera, loudness of voice and a voice interval detected by a mike, a pulse rate detected by a sensor, an intensity of key depression given from a keyboard and a using time given from a mouse, while the apparatus information corresponds to an internal temperature detected by the sensor and a using time measured by a timer, so that the neural network outputs the emotional states which correspond to pleasure, anger, sadness and surprise.

3. An emotion creating device as defined in claim 1 wherein the behavior determination engine comprises

input detection information processing means for detecting the user information, which corresponds to a number of times of blinking detected by a camera, loudness of voice and a voice interval detected by a mike, a pulse rate detected by a sensor, an intensity of key depression given from a keyboard and a using time given from a mouse, to output processed information,

a behavior determination database having a table representing correspondence between the processed information, the emotional states and the behavior of the interface, and

behavior determination means for performing searching on the behavior determination database by inputting the processed information from the input detection information processing means as well as the emotional states of the neural network which correspond to emotions of pleasure, anger, sadness and surprise, thus determining the behavior of the interface.

4. An emotion creating device as defined in claim 1 wherein the feature determination engine comprises

an eye data database for storing eye data,

eye data production means for referring to the eye data database to produce the eye data corresponding to the emotional states of the neural network,

a nose data database for storing nose data,

nose data production means for referring to the nose data database to produce the nose data corresponding to the emotional states of the neural network,

a mouth data database for storing mouth data,

mouth data production means for referring to the mouth data database to produce the mouth data corresponding to the emotional states of the neural network,

a color data database for storing color data,

color data production means for referring to the color data database to produce the color data corresponding to the emotional states of the neural network, and

feature data production means for producing the features of the interface based on the eye data, the nose data, the mouth data and the color data which are produced by the eye data production means, the nose data production means, the mouth data production means and the color data production means respectively.

5. A machine-readable recording media storing a program which causes a computer to perform an emotion creating method comprising:

actualizing a neural network for inputting user information, apparatus information and a present set of emotional states to output a next set of emotional states;

actualizing a behavior determination engine for inputting the user information and the emotional states of the neural network to determine a behavior of an interface; and

actualizing a feature determination engine for inputting the emotional states of the neural network to determine features of the interface.

6. An emotion creating device comprising:

a neural network for inputting user information representing conditions of a user and apparatus information representing conditions of an electronic apparatus so as to produce emotional states corresponding to prescribed emotions, wherein the neural network producing a present set of emotional states in consideration of a previous set of emotional states;

a behavior determination engine for referring to a behavior determination database using the user information and the emotional states of the neural network so as to determine a behavior of an interface; and

a feature determination engine for referring to a database using the emotional states of the neural network so as to determine a feature of the interface.

7. An emotion creating device as defined in claim 6 wherein the conditions of the user correspond to a number of times of blinking, loudness of voice, a voice interval, a pulse rate, an intensity of key depression and a first using time that the user accesses the electronic apparatus, while the conditions of the electronic apparatus correspond to an internal temperature and a second using time that the electronic apparatus is used.

8. An emotion creating device as defined in claim 6 wherein the prescribed emotions correspond to pleasure, anger, sadness and surprise respectively.

9. An emotion creating device as defined in claim 6 wherein the, interface corresponds to an artificial agent or a personified agent.

10. An emotion creating device as defined in claim 6 wherein the emotional states of the neural network are represented using coordinate values on a four-dimensional coordinate system whose axes respectively correspond to intensities of the prescribed emotions.

11. An emotion creating device as defined in claim 6 wherein the feature of the interface correspond to a facial feature.

The background to the development of anti-personnel electromagnetic weapons can be traced by to the early-middle 1940's and possibly earlier. The earliest extant reference, to my knowledge, was contained in the U.S. Strategic Bombing Survey (Pacific Survey, Military Analysis Division, Volume 63) which reviewed Japanese research and development efforts on a "Death Ray."

Whilst not reaching the stage of practical application, research was considered sufficiently promising to warrant the expenditure of Yen 2 million during the years 1940-1945. Summarizing the Japanese efforts, allied scientists concluded that a ray apparatus might be developed that could kill unshielded human beings at a distance of 5 to 10 miles. Studies demonstrated that, for example, automobile engines could be stopped by tuned waves as early as 1943. (1) It is therefore reasonable to suppose that this technique has been available for a great many years. Research on living organisms (mice and ground hogs) revealed that waves from 2 meters to 60 centimeters in length caused hemorrhage of lungs, whereas waves shorter than two meters destroyed brain cells.

However, experiments in behavior modification and mind manipulation have a much more grisly past. Nazi doctors at the Dachau concentration camp conducted involuntary experiments with hypnosis and narco-hypnosis, using the drug mescaline on inmates. Additional research was conducted at Aushwitz, using a range of chemicals including various barbiturates and morphine derivatives. Many of these experiments proved fatal.

Following the conclusion of the war, the U.S. Naval Technical Mission was tasked with obtaining pertinent industrial and scientific material that had been produced by the Third Reich and which may be of benefit to U.S. interests. Following a lengthy report, the Navy instigated Project CHATTER in 1947. Many of the Nazi scientists and medical doctors who conducted hideous experiments were later recruited by the U.S. Army and worked out of Heidelberg prior to being secretly relocated to the United States under the Project PAPERCLIP program. Under the leadership of Dr. Hubertus Strughold, 34 ex-Nazi scientists accepted "Paperclip" contracts, authorized by the Joint Chiefs of Staff, and were put to work at Randolph Air Force Base, San Antonio, Texas. By 1953 the CIA, U.S. Navy and the U.S. Army Chemical Corps were conducting their own narco-hypnosis programs on unwilling victims that included prisoners, mental patients, foreigners, ethic minorities and those classified as sexual deviants. (2)

It was not until the middle or late 1970's that the American public became aware of a series of hitherto secret programs that had been conducted over the preceding two decades by the military and intelligence community. (3) Primarily focusing on narco-hypnosis, these extensive covert programs bore the project titles MKULTRA, MKDELTA, MKNAOMI, MKSEARCH (MK being understood to stand for Mind Kontrol), BLUEBIRD, ARTICHOKE and CHATTER. The principal aim of these and associated programs was the development of a reliable "programmable" assassin. Secondary aims were the development of a method of citizen control. (4)

Particularly relevant was Dr. Jose Delgado's secret work directed towards the creation of a "psycho-civilized" society by use of a "stimoceiver." (5) Delgado's work was seminal, and his experiments on humans and animals demonstrated that electronic stimulation can excite extreme emotions including rage, lust and fatigue. In his paper "Intracerebral Radio Stimulation and recording in Completely Free Patients," Delgado observed that: "Radio Stimulation on different points in the amygdala and hippocampus in the four patients produced a variety of effects, including pleasant sensations, elation, deep thoughtful concentration, odd feelings, super relaxation (an essential precursor for deep hypnosis), colored visions, and other responses."

With regard to the "colored visions" citation, it is reasonable to conclude he was referring to hallucinations -- an effect that a number of so-called "victims" allude to. (7) As far back as 1969, Delgado predicted the day would soon arrive when a computer would be able to establish two-way radio communication with the brain -- an event that first occurred in 1974. Lawrence Pinneo, a neurophysiologist and electronic engineer working for Stanford Research Institute (a leading military contractor), "developed a computer system capable of reading a person's mind. It correlated brain waves on an electroencephalograph with specific commands. Twenty years ago the computer responded with a dot on a TV screen. Nowadays it could be the input to a stimulator (ESB) in advanced stages using radio frequencies." (8)

In any event, narco-hypnosis was found, it is claimed, to be less than reliable, although some writers and observers dispute this. (9) Additional studies, conducted by Dr. Ewen Cameron and funded by the CIA, were directed towards erasing memory and imposing new personalities on unwilling patients. Cameron discovered that electroshock treatment caused amnesia. He set about a program that he called "de-patterning" which had the effect of erasing the memory of selected patients. Further work revealed that subjects could be transformed into a virtual blank machine (Tabula Rasa) and then be re-programmed with a technique which he termed "psychic driving." Such was the bitter public outrage, once his work was revealed (as a result of FOIA searches), that Cameron was forced to retire in disgrace.

Also of interest is Dr. John C. Lilly (10), who was asked by the Director of the National Institute of Mental Health to brief the CIA, FBI, NSA and military intelligence services on his work using electrodes to stimulate, directly, the pleasure and pain centers of the brain. Lilly said that he refused the request. However, as stated in his book, he continued to do "useful" work for the national security apparatus. In terms of timing this is interesting, for these events took place in 1953. Scientist Eldon Byrd, who worked for the Naval Surface Weapons Office, was commissioned in 1981 to develop electromagnetic devices for purposes including riot control, clandestine operations and hostage removal. (11)

From 1965 through to 1970, Defense Advanced Projects Research Agency (DARPA), with up to 70-80% funding provided by the military, set in motion operation PANDORA to study the health and psychological effects of low intensity microwaves with regard to the so-called "Moscow signal." This project appears to have been quite extensive and included (under U.S. Navy funding) studies demonstrating how to induce heart seizures, create leaks in the blood/brain barrier and production of auditory hallucinations. Despite attempts to render the Pandora program invisible to scrutiny, FOIA filings revealed memoranda of Richard Cesaro, Director of DARPA, which confirmed that the program's initial goal was to "discover whether a carefully controlled microwave signal could control the mind." Cesaro urged that these studies be made "for potential weapons applications." (12)

Following immense public outcry, Congress forbade further research and demanded that these projects be terminated across the board. But as former CIA agent Victor Marchetti later revealed, the programs merely became more covert with a high element of "deniability" built in to them, and that CIA claims to the contrary are a cover story. (13) Despite the fact that many of the aforementioned projects revolved around the use of narcotics and hallucinogens, projects ARTICHOKE, PANDORA and CHATTER clearly demonstrate that "psychoelectronics" were a high priority. Indeed, author John Marks' anonymous informant (known humorously as "Deep Trance") stated that beginning in 1963 mind control research strongly emphasized electronics.

An obscure District of Columbia corporation called Mankind Research Unlimited (MRU) and its wholly owned subsidiary, Systems Consultants Inc. (SCI), operated a number of classified intelligence, government and Pentagon contracts, specializing in, amongst other things: "problem solving in the areas of intelligence electronic warfare, sensor technology and applications." (14)

MRU's "capability and experience" is divided into four fields. These include "biophysics -- Biological Effects of Magnetic Fields," "Research in Magneto-fluid Dynamics," "Planetary Electro-Hydro-Dynamics" and "Geopathic Efforts on Living Organisms." The latter focuses on the induction of illness by altering the magnetic nature of the geography. Also under research were "Biocybernetics, Psychodynamic Experiments in Telepathy," "Errors in Human Perception," "Biologically Generated Fields," "Metapsychiatry and the Ultraconscious Mind" (believed to refer to experiments in telepathic mind control), "Behavioural Neuropsychiatry," "Analysis and Measurement of Human Subjective States" and "Human Unconscious Behavioural Patterns."

Employing some old OSS, CIA and military intelligence officers, the company also engages the services of prominent physicians and psychologists including E. Stanton Maxey, Stanley R. Dean Berthold Eric Schwarz plus many more. MRU lists in its Company Capabilities "brain and mind control." (15) Despite vehement claims by MRU's chairman that it is not a "front organization for any branch of the United States Government..." (16) one must treat these claims with a great deal of skepticism.

I interviewed Conrad Chase for 30 minutes on my syndicated radio broadcast. He told me that the CEO of VeriChip, Mr. Bolton, had told him that there was a plan to use the VeriChip as a global implantable identity system. I asked him if whether in the future you would have to have a chip to get into the club period, and he said yes.

I said laughingly, that you're not going to be a VIP in the world if you don't have a chip, to which he responded that that was a great slogan that he would start using.

He went on to say that all gun owners should have to have a microchip implanted in their hand to be able to own a gun. He also said that the VeriChip company had told him that the Italian government was preparing to implant all of their government workers. He said that this is a great system that he believes will replace credit cards for buying and selling.

I asked him where he was getting all of these ideas and he said that he had learned all of this from discussions with VeriChip, and that he was aware that the plant making the chips was in Beijing, China.

It doesn't get any more bone-chilling than this. They are going to sell microchips as the ultimate in trendiness.

Baja Beach Club owner Conrad Chase wanted something unique to identify his VIP patrons. Other clubs had special jewelry or key chains, but he was looking for something special. After brainstorming, he came up with the idea to implant his VIP members with VeriChip's implantable microchip.

The concept of 'conspiracy' is largely based on the real or suspected influence of secret psychosocial manipulation of humans. From the Tavistock Institute, an early psychiatric 'think-tank' that perceived the new science as a means of regulating society, to the CIA's notorious MKULTRA program, which exposed subjects to LSD without their knowledge in addition to even crueller practices, the complete control of the masses by unseen initiates holds an obvious attraction to the powerful and ruthless.

Brain implants are real, and have been proven effective enough to divert an enraged bull from its target by famed mind control pioneer Dr. Jose Delgado. Drugs, psychological torture, and the inducement of amnesia have been researched in depth by a wide variety of governments and organizations. Some believe that the mass flouridation of water supplies deprives whole populations of their capacity for critical thinking. Most people find the subject uncomfortable to think about. United States Secretary of Defense William Cohen apparently stated in a press briefing, while commenting on new technological threats possibly held by terrorist organizations: "Others are engaging in an eco-type of terrorism whereby they can alter the climate, set off earthquakes, (and) volcanoes remotely, using the use of electromagnetic waves." In 1948 Norbert Weiner published a book, Cybernetics, defined as a neurological communication and control theory already in use in small circles at that time. Yoneji Masuda, "Father of the Information Society," stated his concern in 1980 that our liberty is threatened Orwellian-style by cybernetic technology totally unknown to most people. This technology links the brains of people via implanted microchips to satellites controlled by ground-based supercomputers.

The first brain implants were surgically inserted in 1974 in the state of Ohio, USA and also in Stockholm, Sweden. Brain electrodes were inserted into the skulls of babies in 1946 without the knowledge of their parents. In the 1950s and 60s, electrical implants were inserted into the brains of animals and humans, especially in the U.S., during research into behavior modification, and brain and body functioning. Mind control (MC) methods were used in attempts to change human behavior and attitudes. Influencing brain functions became an important goal of military and intelligence services.

Thirty years ago brain implants showed up in X-rays the size of one centimeter. Subsequent implants shrunk to the size of a grain of rice. They were made of silicon, later still of gallium arsenide. Today they are small enough to be inserted into the neck or back, and also intravenously in different parts of the body during surgical operations, with or without the consent of the subject. It is now almost impossible to detect or remove them.

It is technically possible for every newborn to be injected with a microchip, which could then function to identify the person for the rest of his or her life. Such plans are secretly being discussed in the U.S. without any public airing of the privacy issues involved. In Sweden, Prime Minister Olof Palme gave permission in 1973 to implant prisoners, and Data Inspection's ex-Director General Jan Freese revealed that nursing-home patients were implanted in the mid-1980s. The technology is revealed in the 1972:47 Swedish state report, Statens Officiella Utradninger (SOU).

Implanted human beings can be followed anywhere. Their brain functions can be remotely monitored by supercomputers and even altered through the changing of frequencies. Guinea pigs in secret experiments have included prisoners, soldiers, mental patients, handicapped children, deaf and blind people, homosexuals, single women, the elderly, school children, and any group of people considered "marginal" by the elite experimenters. The published experiences of prisoners in Utah State Prison, for example, are shocking to the conscience.

Today's microchips operate by means of low-frequency radio waves that target them. With the help of satellites, the implanted person can be tracked anywhere on the globe. Such a technique was among a number tested in the Iraq war, according to Dr. Carl Sanders, who invented the intelligence-manned interface (IMI) biotic, which is injected into people. (Earlier during the Vietnam War, soldiers were injected with the Rambo chip, designed to increase adrenaline flow into the bloodstream.) The 20-billion-bit/second supercomputers at the U.S. National Security Agency (NSA) could now "see and hear" what soldiers experience in the battlefield with a remote monitoring system (RMS).

When a 5-micromillimeter microchip (the diameter of a strand of hair is 50 micromillimeters) is placed into optical nerve of the eye, it draws neuroimpulses from the brain that embody the experiences, smells, sights, and voice of the implanted person. Once transferred and stored in a computer, these neuroimpulses can be projected back to the person’s brain via the microchip to be reexperienced. Using a RMS, a land-based computer operator can send electromagnetic messages (encoded as signals) to the nervous system, affecting the target's performance. With RMS, healthy persons can be induced to see hallucinations and to hear voices in their heads.

Every thought, reaction, hearing, and visual observation causes a certain neurological potential, spikes, and patterns in the brain and its electromagnetic fields, which can now be decoded into thoughts, pictures, and voices. Electromagnetic stimulation can therefore change a person's brainwaves and affect muscular activity, causing painful muscular cramps experienced as torture.

The NSA's electronic surveillance system can simultaneously follow and handle millions of people. Each of us has a unique bioelectrical resonance frequency in the brain, just as we have unique fingerprints. With electromagnetic frequency (EMF) brain stimulation fully coded, pulsating electromagnetic signals can be sent to the brain, causing the desired voice and visual effects to be experienced by the target. This is a form of electronic warfare. U.S. astronauts were implanted before they were sent into space so their thoughts could be followed and all their emotions could be registered 24 hours a day.

The Washington Post reported in May 1995 that Prince William of Great Britain was implanted at the age of 12. Thus, if he were ever kidnapped, a radio wave with a specific frequency could be targeted to his microchip. The chip’s signal would be routed through a satellite to the computer screen of police headquarters, where the Prince’s movements could be followed. He could actually be located anywhere on the globe.

The mass media has not reported that an implanted person's privacy vanishes for the rest of his or her life. S/he can be manipulated in many ways. Using different frequencies, the secret controller of this equipment can even change a person's emotional life. S/he can be made aggressive or lethargic. Sexuality can be artificially influenced. Thought signals and subconscious thinking can be read, dreams affected and even induced, all without the knowledge or consent of the implanted person.

A perfect cyber-soldier can thus be created. This secret technology has been used by military forces in certain NATO countries since the 1980s without civilian and academic populations having heard anything about it. Thus, little information about such invasive mind-control systems is available in professional and academic journals.

The NSA's Signals Intelligence group can remotely monitor information from human brains by decoding the evoked potentials (3.50HZ, 5 milliwatt) emitted by the brain. Prisoner experimentees in both Gothenburg, Sweden and Vienna, Austria have been found to have evident brain lesions. Diminished blood circulation and lack of oxygen in the right temporal frontal lobes result where brain implants are usually operative. A Finnish experimentee experienced brain atrophy and intermittent attacks of unconsciousness due to lack of oxygen.

Mind control techniques can be used for political purposes. The goal of mind controllers today is to induce the targeted persons or groups to act against his or her own convictions and best interests. Zombified individuals can even be programmed to murder and remember nothing of their crime afterward. Alarming examples of this phenomenon can be found in the U.S.

This “silent war” is being conducted against unknowing civilians and soldiers by military and intelligence agencies. Since 1980, electronic stimulation of the brain (ESB) has been secretly used to control people targeted without their knowledge or consent. All international human rights agreements forbid nonconsensual manipulation of human beings — even in prisons, not to speak of civilian populations.

Under an initiative of U.S. Senator John Glenn, discussions commenced in January 1997 about the dangers of radiating civilian populations. Targeting people’s brain functions with electromagnetic fields and beams (from helicopters and airplanes, satellites, from parked vans, neighboring houses, telephone poles, electrical appliances, mobile phones, TV, radio, etc.) is part of the radiation problem that should be addressed in democratically elected government bodies.

In addition to electronic MC, chemical methods have also been developed. Mind-altering drugs and different smelling gasses affecting brain function negatively can be injected into air ducts or water pipes. Bacteria and viruses have also been tested this way in several countries.

Today's supertechnology, connecting our brain functions via microchips (or even without them, according to the latest technology) to computers via satellites in the U.S. or Israel, poses the gravest threat to humanity. The latest supercomputers are powerful enough to monitor the whole world’s population. What will happen when people are tempted by false premises to allow microchips into their bodies? One lure will be a microchip identity card. Compulsory legislation has even been secretly proposed in the U.S. to criminalize removal of an ID implant.

Are we ready for the robotization of mankind and the total elimination of privacy, including freedom of thought? How many of us would want to cede our entire life, including our most secret thoughts, to Big Brother? Yet the technology exists to create a totalitarian New World Order. Covert neurological communication systems are in place to counteract independent thinking and to control social and political activity on behalf of self-serving private and military interests.

When our brain functions are already connected to supercomputers by means of radio implants and microchips, it will be too late for protest. This threat can be defeated only by educating the public, using available literature on biotelemetry and information exchanged at international congresses.

One reason this technology has remained a state secret is the widespread prestige of the psychiatric Diagnostic Statistical Manual IV produced by the U.S. American Psychiatric Association (APA) and printed in 18 languages. Psychiatrists working for U.S. intelligence agencies no doubt participated in writing and revising this manual. This psychiatric "bible" covers up the secret development of MC technologies by labeling some of their effects as symptoms of paranoid schizophrenia.

Victims of mind control experimentation are thus routinely diagnosed, knee-jerk fashion, as mentally ill by doctors who learned the DSM “symptom” list in medical school. Physicians have not been schooled that patients may be telling the truth when they report being targeted against their will or being used as guinea pigs for electronic, chemical and bacteriological forms of psychological warfare.

Time is running out for changing the direction of military medicine, and ensuring the future of human freedom.

Letzte "Rosenholz"-Lieferung durch die CIA / Material enthält Namen zehntausender HVA-Mitarbeiter

BERLIN, 20. Mai. Der amerikanische Geheimdienst CIA hat die Übergabe der vor mehr als einem Jahrzehnt erbeuteten Agentenkartei der Stasi-Hauptverwaltung A (HVA) an Deutschland im Wesentlichen abgeschlossen. In diesen Tagen wird noch eine letzte kleine Lieferung aus Washington erwartet. Insgesamt sind bislang 381 CD-Roms in Berlin eingetroffen, auf denen Kopien aus dem in den USA vorhandenen Material gespeichert sind. Die übergebene Kartei enthält die Namen von schätzungsweise 200 000 Ost- und Westdeutschen, die seit Anfang der fünfziger Jahre in den Archiven der HVA gespeichert worden sind. Zehntausende von ihnen waren als Agenten, Kuriere oder Instrukteure für die HVA tätig.

Komplizierte Aufbereitung

Kurz nach dem Fall der Mauer war es der CIA gelungen, sich in den Besitz der auf Mikrofilmen gespeicherten "operativen Registratur" der HVA zu bringen. Der Stasi-Schatz enttarnt nahezu das gesamte Quellen-Netz des Auslandsgeheimdienstes einschließlich der meist aus der DDR stammenden Kuriere und Instrukteure. 1993 ermöglichte der US-Geheimdienst seinen deutschen Partnern erstmals einen eingeschränkten Zugang zu dem Material. Verfassungsschützer durften in der CIA-Zentrale in Langley ausgewählte Kopien abschreiben. Beim Verfassungsschutz lief die Schreibaktion unter dem Codenamen "Rosenholz", der inzwischen als Synonym gilt für die der CIA vorliegende Agentenkartei.

Nach langwierigen Verhandlungen auf Regierungsebene hatte die CIA im April 2000 damit begonnen, sämtliche Teile der HVA-Kartei, die deutsche Staatsbürger betreffen, an Berlin zu übergeben. Inzwischen befindet sich das auf CD-Rom gespeicherte und intern als "Rosenholz II" bezeichnete Material in einem mit Bewegungsmelder, Code-gesicherten Türen und Videokameras ausgestatteten Hochsicherheitstrakt des Stasi-Archivs in der Normannenstraße. An besonders gesicherten Personalcomputern haben Mitarbeiter der Behörde für die Stasi-Unterlagen (BStU) damit begonnen, die von der CIA "top secret" gestempelten CD für eine spätere Auswertung durch die Behörde technisch aufzubereiten.

Eine aufwändige Tätigkeit, denn in ihrem jetzigen Zustand sind die Silberlinge für eine wissenschaftliche Analyse wertlos. So erscheinen auf dem PC-Bildschirm nach dem Einlegen der CD meist schlecht lesbare Kopien von abfotografierten Karteikarten. Unter den Faksimiles wird zusätzlich eine von CIA-Mitarbeitern ausgeführte Abschrift der zum Teil handschriftlich verfassten Karten lesbar. Diese Abschriften aber sind häufig fehlerhaft - so haben die Amerikaner etwa auf Umlaute verzichtet und ein Doppel-S durch Dollarzeichen ersetzt. Buchstaben, die auf der Vorlage nicht zu erkennen sind, wurden mit Fragezeichen gekennzeichnet. In mühevoller Kleinarbeit müssen die BStU-Mitarbeiter die Abschriften nun mit den Originalen vergleichen und gegebenenfalls korrigieren. Nur dann ist es später möglich, im Suchlauf bestimmte Namen oder Angaben am Computer zu recherchieren.

Erschwert wird die Aufbereitung noch dadurch, dass viele Karteikarten mehrfach vorhanden sind. Die Amerikaner hatten sich bemüht, schlechte Vorlagen durch technische Tricks lesbarer zu machen. Allerdings befinden sich die dabei entstandenen Dubletten fast nie hintereinander auf einer CD-Rom. Es kann also passieren, dass ein IM-Vorgang mehrfach auf verschiedenen CD gespeichert ist. Experten vermuten daher, dass sich die tatsächliche Zahl der auf den Silberlingen gespeicherten Karteikarten von jetzt noch 300 000 um ein Drittel auf rund 200 000 reduzieren wird.

In der BStU ist man überzeugt, dass sich der immense Arbeitsaufwand lohnt. Zum einen deshalb, weil sich durch die Verknüpfung der "Rosenholz"-Daten mit den Einträgen der Ende 1998 in der Gauck-Behörde entschlüsselten Sira-Datenbank der HVA die Stasi-Westspionage inhaltlich und personell nahezu komplett rekonstruieren lässt. Zum anderen hofft man, das bislang weitgehend unenttarnt gebliebene DDR-Inlandsnetz der HVA endlich aufzuklären. Damit könnten auch die Biografien mancher ostdeutscher Politiker, die in der Wendezeit aktiv waren oder noch heute in Land- und Kreistagen sitzen, eine unerwartete Korrektur erfahren.

Kaum Strafverfahren zu erwarten

Aber auch bislang unbekannten westdeutschen HVA-Spionen droht die Enttarnung. Zu strafrechtlichen Folgen könnte dies allerdings nur im Fall des noch nicht verjährten Landesverrats führen. Die bereits erfolgte Auswertung der Sira-Datenbank, in der in Kurzfassung die von den Spionen übergebenen Informationen zusammengefasst sind, hat bislang allerdings keine Hinweise auf noch ungeklärte Landesverratsfälle ergeben.

Quelle oder Kontaktperson // Der von der CIA erbeutete "Rosenholz"-Schatz besteht im Wesentlichen aus den verfilmten HVA-Archivkarteien F 16 und F 22.

Die F 16 ist die Klarnamendatei. In ihr sind die Namen aller Personen registriert, die für die HVA von Interesse waren - ob als Inoffizieller Mitarbeiter (IM), als "Zielperson" oder als "operativ interessante Persönlichkeit".

Die F 22 ist die Vorgangskartei mit den "technischen" Angaben zu den in der F 16 registrierten Personen. Durch eine Zusammenführung mit der F 16 lässt sich herausfinden, ob jemand Quelle, Kurier oder Kontaktperson war.

Ein Diskussionsbeitrag zur Bestrahlung von schutzlosen Bürgern mit elektronischen Waffen

“Das Europäische Parlament ... fordert vor allem ein internationales Übereinkommen über ein generelles Verbot von Forschungs- und Entwicklungsprojekten - ob militärisch oder zivil -, die die Anwendung der Erkenntnisse auf dem Gebiet chemischer und elektrischer Vorgänge oder von Schallwellen oder anderen Funktionen des menschlichen Gehirns zur Entwicklung von Waffen beinhalten, die jeder beliebigen Form der Manipulation des Menschen Tür und Tor öffnen könnten; dieses Übereinkommen sollte auch ein Verbot aller derzeit bekannten sowie aller erdenklichen Anwendungsmöglichkeiten solcher Systeme umfassen”.

Weltweit gibt es zahlreiche Berichte von vermutlich einigen Tausend Menschen, die mit elektronischen Waffen angegriffen, gequält und verfolgt werden. Ihre Mitteilungen über die Auswirkungen der Strahlenfolter sind verblüffend übereinstimmend. Allerdings lassen sich zwei Schwerpunkte ausmachen - eine Gruppe der Opfer berichtet über primär psychische Beschwerden, die andere schwerpunktmäßig über körperliche Peinigung. Listen und Kopien einschlägiger Patentschriften für Geräte, mit denen solche Wirkungen auf Gehirn und Nervensystem - auch über weite Entfernungen - möglich sein sollen, werden herum gereicht. In Betracht gezogen werden im Wesentlichen Technologien, die mit elektromagnetischer Niederfrequenz (NF), Hochfrequenz (HF), Infra-und Ultra-Schall arbeiten.

Die Interessengemeinschaft der Opfer von Elektro-Waffen, der mit ca. 100 Mitgliedern bislang größte Zusammenschluß von Betroffenen in Deutschland, beschränkt sich ausdrücklich auf die Ursachenvermutung, dass sie mit Mikrowellen-Waffen bestrahlt werden. Die Kernaussage ihres Gründers und Leiters, Dr. Reinhard Munzert, ist: “Man besendet die Leute mit Mikrowellen; man hört sie ab mit Mikrowellen; und man beobachtet sie mit Mikrowellen.”

Für die Zielgenauigkeit und Individualisierung, mit der die Foltergeräte auf die Betroffenen ausgerichtet werden können, werden wissenschaftliche Quellen zitiert. Die Permanenz der Bestrahlung, wenn das Opfer das Haus verläßt und unterwegs ist, wird damit erklärt, dass die Verfolgung und Bestrahlung von Autos aus fortgesetzt würde. Die Tatsache, dass sich Abschirmungen aus metallischen Materialien und Mauerwerk meistens als ziemlich nutzlos erweisen, wird mit der Durchdringungsfähigkeit von HF-Strahlung begründet. Für die Schwierigkeiten, messtechnische Nachweise zu führen, werden die nahe liegenden Vermutungen des Frequenz-Hoppings, des Abschaltens bei Messungen und die Verwendung von Trägerfrequenzen über 3 GHz ( = obere Meßgrenze der gängigen Meßgeräte) angeführt.

Dass es Ungereimtheiten zwischen den Wahrnehmungen der Betroffenen und der Mikrowellentheorie als ausschließlicher Erklärung gibt, fällt zumindest denen mit technischer Ausbildung unter den Opfern auf, ändert aber nichts an ihrer Ursachenvermutung. Für Außenstehende, die um die physikalischen Gesetzmäßigkeiten von HF-Strahlung wissen, sind es aber u. a. genau diese Widersprüchlichkeiten, die sie an den Berichten zweifeln lassen.

Eine Technologie, die ihr Zielobjekt

- entfernungsunabhängig
- zielgenau, auch bei Bewegung
- individuell, auch in der Nähe anderer Menschen, und
- kaum abschirmbar

erreichen kann, ist mit HF-Strahlung kaum erklärbar!

Zumindest wäre dafür ein Aufwand erforderlich, der meiner Beobachtung nach nicht statt findet. In meiner Umgebung tauchen keine Vans mit Parabolspiegeln auf, von denen aus ich bestrahlt würde. Vielmehr findet seit 3 Jahren eine ununterbrochene Dauerbesendung aus großer Entfernung statt. Aus 2 Wohnungen wurde ich in diesem Zeitraum vertrieben mit Strahlungsquellen, die im Haus selbst betrieben wurden. Ein Radiofrequenz-Gerät, das sehr unangenehme Schwindel- und Streßgefühle erzeugte, konnte ich mit dem HF-Digitmeter erfassen. Es zeigte, wenn es in Betrieb war, unregelmäßig rhythmisch springende Werte mit offenbar regulierbarer Schwankungsbreite auf der Meßskala.

Aus meinen diversen Abschirmungsversuchen schließe ich, dass die Besendungen aus nächster Nähe vermutlich mit einer Kombination aus HF- und Skalar-/Longitudinalstrahlung erfolgte; möglicherweise auch noch mit anderen Technologien.

Meine ersten Abschirmversuche nahm ich mit den bei HF-Strahlung bewährten Mitteln (u. a. Abschirmgewebe von Biologa) vor; sie erwiesen sich als zwecklos. Das legte mir die Vermutung nahe, dass Skalarwellen im Spiel sein müssten. Für diese Annahme sprach auch, dass die Besendung beim Verlassen des Hauses andauerte. In Ulrich Warnkes Buch “Diesseits und Jenseits der Raum-Zeit-Netze” las ich, dass man Skalarwellen u. a. mit Kunststofffolie abschirmen könne. Nachdem ich die Zimmerdecke mit einer dicken Kunststofffolie abgehängt hatte, wechselten meine Peiniger offenkundig die Bestrahlungsgeräte, da sie mit den bisher eingesetzten nicht mehr richtig durch kamen.

Da ich annahm, dass sie nun verstärkt HF-Strahlung benutzten, beklebte ich eine Gewebeplane mit Alufolie und hängte diese ebenfalls möglichst randschlüssig an die Decke. Nun wurde es meinen Peinigern offenbar unangenehm; jedenfalls wurde diese Art der Bestrahlung auch bald eingestellt. Dafür setzte man mir dann aber umso härter mit einer noch gemeineren Sorte von Beamern zu.

Ich überstand diese Angriffsphase nur mit großem Leiden unter mehrfachen Schichten aus metallischen und Kunststofffolien. Unter anderem bewährten sich Rettungsdecken als preiswertes Abschirmmaterial.

Die Installationen im Haus konnten offenbar per Fernsteuerung an- und abgeschaltet und ausgerichtet werden. Am erstaunlichsten war, dass die Bestrahlung auch noch nach Abschaltung des Netzstroms weiter möglich war, wenn auch mit minderer Intensität. Ähnliche Beobachtungen wurden mir von anderen Betroffenen berichtet. Eine mögliche Erklärung dafür wäre die Energieversorgung durch Solarzellen, ich halte es aber für unwahrscheinlich, daß damit im gegebenen Fall die nötige Energiemenge erzeugt wurde.

Es bleiben also nur noch zwei andere Erklärungsmöglichkeiten - entweder ein HF-Energietransfer à la Tesla oder Energiegewinnung aus “freier Energie”.

Mit meinem Niederfrequenz-Meßgerät (Fauser FM 6) konnte ich an einer Einstrahlungsstelle in meinem Arbeitszimmer im Bereich meines Schreibtischs, wo ich mich vorzugsweise aufhalte, extreme Feldwerte (bis zu 600 Volt/m) messen, die nach Abschalten des Stroms am Sicherungskasten verschwanden, die aber mit Sicherheit nicht von meiner Arbeitsplatzinstallation stammten. Die Stärke dieses Feldes konnte gezielt - entweder aus der oberen Wohnung oder von einem unbekannten Ort aus - hoch- und runtergefahren werden. Den selben Spuk veranstaltete mein Nachbar mit meinen Musikboxen, Marke uralt (Laut-/Leisestellen ohne Infrarotsteuerung o. ä. Schnickschnack).

Wenn ich mich im Einstrahlungsbereich in meinem Arbeitszimmer aufhielt und das Fauser-Feldmeßgerät eingeschaltet hatte, stieg der Anzeigewert sprunghaft stark an, wenn ich mich dem Messteil (also nicht der Sonde) mit der Hand näherte. Den selben Effekt hat ein ausgebildeter Messtechniker bei seinen Messungen mit einem Spektrumanalyser bei einem anderen Betroffenen beobachtet, wenn er sich dem Monitor näherte.

Die Einstrahlstelle und -richtung von der Decke meines Arbeitszimmers blieben über Monate unverändert. Die Immissionsquelle ließ sich von meheren elektrosensiblen Personen übereinstimmend lokalisieren. Während niederfrequente elektromagnetische Felder aber normalerweise bei Entfernung von der Immissionsquelle rasch abnehmen (Gesetz vom Abstandsquadrat), war die Feldstärkeverteilung in diesem Fall umgekehrt, d. h. sie wurde vom ‚heißesten Punkt‘ zur Immissionsquelle hin proportional schwächer.

Meine Besendung an meinem vormaligen Wohnort erfolgte im Wesentlichen mit drei Arten von Bestrahlungsgeräten: Die eine Sorte war fest in der darüber liegenden Wohnung installiert, d. h. die Punkte, von wo aus die Strahlung kam und mich an meinen bevorzugten Aufenthaltsplätzen in meiner Wohnung traf, waren stationär und wurden aktiviert, wenn ich mich in ihrem Einstrahlungsbereich befand - auch wenn Niemand in der oberen Wohnung anwesend war. D. h., man konnte mich auch auf Entfernung orten und die Bestrahlungsanlage steuern. Beim Ein- und Ausschalten der Strahler hörte ich Klickgeräusche. Die zweite Sorte wurde von meinen Mitbewohnern von der oberen Wohnung aus manuell auf mich ausgerichtet. Dabei war es offenbar technisch möglich, mich durch die Decke hindurch einwandfrei zu orten, auch wenn dies nicht durch Geräusche o. ä. möglich war. Die dritte Art der Besendung ist die entfernungsunabhängige, die mich überall und immer erreicht.

Wenn ich mich vom Einstrahlungsbereich der stationären und beweglichen Sender in meiner Wohnung weg bewegte, ließ die Wirkung nach bzw. war nicht mehr vorhanden. Bei der entfernungsunabhängigen Besendung gibt es diesen Effekt nicht. Da lässt die Intensität nur nach, wenn die Resonanzabstimmung unscharf wird. Das spricht aus meiner Sicht eindeutig gegen HF-Strahlung, bei der die Peilung unscharf werden müsste, wenn ich mich bewege. Auch müsste eine andere ausreichend sensible Person, die sich in meiner unmittelbaren Nähe befindet, ein Feld, das durch externe elektromagnetische Bestrahlung erzeugt wird, ebenfalls wahrnehmen können. Das ist aber nicht möglich. Diese objektspezifische Adressierung ist mit elektromagnetischer Strahlung nicht machbar.

Auffällig sind auch die Knacksgeräusche in unterschiedlicher Lautstärke, bevorzugt in elektronischen Geräten, Metallgegenständen wie Heizkörpern und Bettrahmen, aber auch in Holzteilen. Sie werden offenbar u. a. als Trigger eingesetzt. Technisch gesehen handelt es sich vermutlich um Einkopplungen von Energiewellen, die aus der Nähe oder Entfernung gesendet werden.

Wie es möglich ist, sich in Telefonleitungen einzuloggen, um sie zu stören und abzuhören, ohne materiellen Zugang zum Leitungsnetz, dafür haben die Techniker der Telekom genauso wenig eine Erklärung, wie die Herren von der Regulierungsbehörde, die für die Überwachung des Funkraums zuständig ist, sich vorstellen können, dass man permanente Bildstörungen, für die sie keine technische Ursache finden, mit Skalarwelleneinkopplungen verursachen kann.

Ich habe mich hier auf die Beschreibung meiner Beobachtungen hinsichtlich der physikalischen Phänomene beschränkt, weil sie sich leichter objektivieren lassen als die massiven körperlichen Befindlichkeitsstörungen, die durch die Bestrahlung verursacht werden. Sie sind eher geeignet zu verdeutlichen, dass es sich um Effekte handelt, die sich nicht ohne Weiteres auf dem Boden der anerkannten Physik erklären lassen.

Zumindest lässt sich aber die hohe kapazitive Körperankopplung auch für Dritte visuell nachvollziehbar machen: wenn die besendete Person eine Leuchtstoffröhre mit beiden Händen am Glaskörper anfasst, dann leuchtet sie.

Die technische Einfachst-Variante, wie man Lebewesen entfernungsunabhängig, nicht abschirmbar, zielgenau und individuell besenden kann, ist die Radionik. Sie wurde vor ca. 100 Jahren für medizinische Anwendungen entwickelt. Es handelt sich nach Auskunft von namhaften Radionikern um eine Art “gerätegestützter Telepathie”. Der Missbrauch mit radionischen Gerätschaften, z. B. sog. Orgonstrahlern, die man im einschlägigen Fachhandel problemlos kaufen kann, feiert nach ihren Aussagen fröhliche Urstände quer durch unser aufgeklärtes Land, wo man so etwas nicht für möglich hält; ist es doch eine Möglichkeit, straffrei seinem bestgehassten Feind ans Leder zu gehen. Der Markt mit einschlägigen High-Tech-Geräten, die computergesteuert betrieben werden, und Tausende von Euro kosten, floriert. Dass die Grenzen zur Schwarzen Magie in diesem Bereich fließend sind, sei nur am Rande erwähnt.

Alles, was sich als nützlich erwiesen hat, im Kampf als Waffe benutzt zu werden, kam im Lauf der Geschichte dafür zum Einsatz - vom Messer bis zur Atombombe. In modernen Staaten sind es die Militärs in Zusammenarbeit mit einschlägigen Firmen, die unter Geheimhaltung die Forschung und Entwicklung neuer Waffensysteme be- und vorantreiben. Dass eine Technologie, die die beschriebenen Eigenschaften hat, äußerst verlockend für diese ‚Branche‘ sein dürfte, sollte einleuchten. Sind die Waffensysteme erst einmal vorhanden, gelangen sie über kurz oder lang auch in die Hände von nicht-militärischen Interessensgruppen - allen voran in die von Geheimdiensten, kriminellen Organisationen und Terroristen. Dass ihr Einsatz dort außer jeder Kontrolle ist, wird uns in der aktuellen kriegstreiberischen Terrorismus-Debatte lautstark klar gemacht.

Die Russen waren wohl die ersten, die das militärische Potenzial einer Technologie erkannten, die entfernungsunabhängig und zielgenau ist, vergleichsweise geringen materiellen Einsatz erfordert und sich den anerkannten Nachweismethoden entzieht. In ihren Forschungslabors begann man bereits in der ersten Hälfte des letzten Jahrhunderts Prototypen von Geräten zu entwickeln. In den USA legte Nikola Tesla den Grundstein für Waffensysteme, die mit HF- und Skalarwellen arbeiten. Am bekanntesten wurde seine sog. ‚Todesstrahl‘-Erfindung. Legenden wie die vom Philadelphia-Experiment und dem Montauk-Projekt ranken sich um seinen Namen und die Weiterentwicklung seiner Patente.

Mittlerweile gibt es Belege dafür, dass die UFO-Entführungsgeschichten von zahlreichen Opfern nichts anderes sind als eine unter Drogen und Hypnose suggerierte Alibi-Story für Menschenversuche mit Mind-Control-Techniken. Weltweit wurden zahlreiche Licht- und Schallphänomene beobachtet, die mit den bekannten Gesetzmäßigkeiten der Physik nicht erklärbar sind. (z. B. http://www.graviflight.de/STE-Element/body_ste-element.html ) Was liegt näher, als die Öffentlichkeit, die sie beobachtet hat, an UFOs glauben zu machen?

Das Problem bei all diesen Berichten ist, dass die Beweislage schwierig und entsprechend dünn ist. Es gibt einen Kronzeugen, der immerhin als Atomwissenschaftler bei der amerikanischen Luftwaffe in Lohn und Brot stand und nun als Rentner sein Wissen ausplaudert. Spezialisiert hat er sich auf die Waffengattung der Zukunft, die auf Skalarwellenbasis funktioniert. Wenn seine Mitteilungen zutreffen, dann verfügen bereits viele Staaten über ein gigantisches Zerstörungspotenzial, das mit dieser Technologie arbeitet.

Was im Großen funktioniert, läßt sich genauso im Kleinen anwenden. Nun ist aber mittlerweile bereits die nächste Generation dieser Waffentechnologie im Einsatz vor Ort - an unbewaffneten Zivilisten, die meistens keine Ahnung haben, womit sie gequält werden.

In Deutschland ist es die Fraunhofer-Gesellschaft, die sich der wissenschaftlichen Erkenntnissammlung über Alles angenommen hat, was unter dem Oberbegriff der sog. nicht-tödlichen Waffen existiert und in der Fachdiskussion ist. Im vergangenen Jahr hat sie in Ettlingen das 1. Internationale Symposium zum Thema “Non-Lethal Weapons” in Ettlingen veranstaltet. Darüber gibt es einen Tagungsband, der bei nachgewiesener Seriosität für € 70,- erworben werden kann. ( heu@ict.fhg.de )

Auf Anfrage erhielt ich vom Institut für elektromagnetische Verträglichkeit in Euskirchen die Auskunft, dass man dort nur von den thermischen und athermischen Wirkungen elektromagnetischer Waffen weiß, wobei die athermischen zu vernachlässigen seien: “Allenfalls kann man auch als Laie die medizinische Schulwissenschaft heranziehen, der es trotz intensiver Forschung bis dato sehr schwer fällt, in dem relevanten Leistungsbereich andere Wirkmechanismen auf den Menschen außer "Wärme" nachzuweisen und der ist auch bei den heute diskutierten "nicht-letalen Wirkmitteln" praktisch zu vernachlässigen. Der ausschließliche Fokus der heutigen Forschung im Bereich der nicht-letalen elektromagnetischen Waffen liegt nach unserer Kenntnis deshalb auch eindeutig nicht auf den praktisch nicht nachweisbaren Wirkmechanismen auf den Menschen.”

Da gibt es nur noch zwei Möglichkeiten: entweder die sind dort so dumm, oder sie stellen sich dumm. Wenn es stimmt, dann stellt sich die Frage, wer denn wo was weiß!? Wenn es gezielte Desinformation ist, dann stecken die Fraunhofer-Physiker als Mitwisser unter einer Decke mit unseren Peinigern. So lange es nicht gelingt, Zuständige und Beweise zu finden, bleibt nichts anderes übrig, als weiter die Mosaiksteinchen selbst zusammen zu tragen. So lange die Öffentlichkeit unwissend ist, sind die Opfer schutzlos. Wenn niemand ihnen glaubt, brauchen ihnen die Stellen, die dafür zuständig sind, also vor allem Staatsanwaltschaften, Gerichte und Polizei, nicht zu helfen.

Um ein Zielobjekt mit Skalarwellen zu erreichen, braucht man keine Entfernung überwinden, denn Skalarwellen sind unabhängig von Raum und Zeit. Um das zu verstehen, muss man sich vergegenwärtigen, dass unsere materielle Realität zum allergrößten Teil aus Vakuum, d. h. ‚leerem Raum‘ besteht, wie uns Atom- und Quantenphysik lehren. Dieses Vakuum ist raum-/zeitlos. Es genügt vollkommen, eine Zielrepräsentanz wie z. B. ein Foto, mit einer Energiequelle und einer Information zusammen zu bringen, um damit auf das Ziel einzuwirken. Dass man nach diesem einfachen Strickmuster zusammen mit ausgefeilter Elektronik äußerst unangenehme Wirkungen hervorrufen kann, mag, wenn man das Prinzip verstanden hat, plausibel sein.

Meiner Beobachtung nach werden mindestens 5 Komponenten der Besendung Tag und Nacht individuell gesteuert:

1. die Intensität,
2. die Information,
3. die Modulation (Pulsung, ‚Polspringer‘ = Polaritätswechsel, Kreisbewegung u. ä.),
4. die Resonanzabstimmung und
5. die gezielte Ansteuerung von Körperregionen, vor allem auf Akupunkturpunkte und Chakren.

Auch gibt es offenbar sehr präzise und differenzierte Rückkopplungseinrichtungen. Der amerikanische Geheimdienst NSA soll bereits Anfang der 80iger Jahre über ein Computer-System verfügt haben, mit dem all dieses und noch einiges mehr möglich ist. Dass mittlerweile abgespeckte Versionen auch für andere Kreise zur Verfügung stehen, lässt sich denken; möglicherweise reicht ein Laptop aus. Unter http://www.orgon.org werden Geräte angeboten, die eine Ahnung davon vermitteln können, wie so ein Equipment aussehen mag. Ggf. müssen nur die Programme (Software) differenzierter sein.

Die Skalarwellen-Bastler, die die Internet-Seiten “graviflight” betreiben, meinen, dass es zirkularpolarisierte Skalarwellen seien, die für Waffensysteme benutzt würden.


Täter, Hintermänner und Geldgeber

Zwar kennen die Opfer in vielen Fällen ihre unmittelbaren Peiniger, agieren diese doch häufig unverhohlen aus nächster Nähe. Offenkundig ist meistens auch, dass sie in Ihrem unermüdlichen Einsatz vor Ort von einem ganzen “Team” unterstützt werden. Unter der Tarnung mit Biedermann-Strukturen wird mit viel krimineller Energie und ausdauernder Verbissenheit im 24-Stunden-Einsatz agiert. Ich habe mich immer wieder gefragt, woher diese Besessenheit kommen mag, mit der ich von meinen Mitbewohnern drangsaliert wurde. Natürlich braucht es einen tiefen Haß als Nährboden für so viel Sadismus und Brutalität, auch psychologische Motivation à la Milgram-Experiment mag eine Rolle spielen, aber schlußendlich vermute ich, daß die Täter über die Honorierung ihres Einsatzes mit Luxuskarossen hinaus mit hohen Erfolgsprämien angestachelt werden.

Wer hier zu Lande die Hintermänner und Geldgeber von so viel Aufwand sind, darüber gibt es bisher nur Spekulationen; sie reichen von ‚Freilandversuchen‘ zur Weiterentwicklung der Waffensysteme über Schwarze Forschungsprojekte bis hin zu den Geheimdiensten. Dass letztere jenseits parlamentarischer Kontrolle vor nichts zurück schrecken, hat immerhin ein so prominenter Politiker wie Andreas von Bülow in seinem Buch “Im Namen des Staates” dokumentiert. Im Begleittext heißt es dazu: “Drogenhandel, Terrorismus, organisierte Kriminalität - Geheimdienste produzieren Schwarzgeld, das sie unabhängig macht und mit dem sie ihre illegalen Operationen finanzieren, deren Liste ebenso lang wie aufsehenerregend ist. Das behauptet der Autor, ehemaliger Bundesminister, Staatssekretär und MdB, der auf eigene Faust zu recherchieren begann ...” Wen wundert da noch Etwas? Schließlich gibt es Zehntausende ehemalige Stasi-Mitarbeiter, die einen neuen Broterwerb brauchen ...

Sehr geehrte Damen und Herren, liebe Freunde,

in der zurückliegenden Zeit hatte ich Ihnen wiederholt Mitteilungen zum Themenbereich "elektronische Waffen und Bewußtseinskontrolle" geschickt. Die letzte E-Mail-Nachricht dieser Art, die ich noch von meinem Rechner aus verschicken konnte, war der Nachruf auf Frau S. Unmittelbar danach hat man mir alle relevanten Systemmodule, die für den Netzzugang nötig sind, gezielt "abgeschossen".

Die Polizei hat die Spuren des vorausgegangenen Hackerkriegs gegen mich in Augenschein genommen. Die Pirateninstallationen ließen sich nicht mehr mit den üblichen Methoden löschen. Damit mußte ich einen Fachmann beauftragen, der es dann mit Tricks und Ausdauer geschafft hat. Nach seiner Neuinstallation des Betriebssystems habe ich mich wieder ins Netz einzuwählen versucht. Fehlanzeige: Der Verbindungsaufbau zum Provider klappt zwar einwandfrei und wird problemlos gehalten, sobald ich aber auf einen anderen Netzserver zuzugreifen versuche, z. B. für ein Virenupdate oder um meine E-Mail-Nachrichten der vergangenen Wochen aus dem Postfach abzurufen, wird der Verbindungsaufbau zum Zielrechner regelmäßig abgebrochen.

Auch finden viele andere Seltsamkeiten auf meinen Rechnern statt wie z. B. "Ghost-Writing" und die Verfärbung der Bildschirmanzeige in allen Farben des Regenbogens von schwefelgelb über bonbonrosa bis zu giftgrün. Wenn ich etwas schreibe, was ich offenbar nicht schreiben soll, laufen Hell-Dunkel-Wellen vertikal über den Monitor. Der Bildschirm, das Diskettenlaufwerk und vieles andere an meinem Laptop funktioniert nur gelegentlich ... Bei Programmen, die ich nicht installieren darf, läuft sich die CD in einer "Rille" fest.

Da ich keinen Täternachweis führen kann, wollen Polizei und Staatsanwaltschaft nicht ermitteln. Die Auskunft auf die Verfassungsschutzanfrage der G10-Kommission besagt, daß keine Beschränkungen gegen mich angeordnet wurden.

Der Reim, den ich mir darauf machen muß, lautet: Wir leben in einer Demokratie, in der es Internetzugang für die "Braven" gibt. Sobald man das Medium nutzt, um Verbrechen bekannt zu machen, die geheim bleiben sollen, ist das Grundrecht auf Informationsrecht, freie Meinungsäußerungund freien Medienzugang Schall und Rauch. Unsere amerikanischen LeidensgefährtInnen bringen es auf den Nenner: Freedom isn’t free.

Noch (!) gibt es diese Grundrechte, und es gibt zum Glück auch noch einige Mitstreiter, die ebenfalls meinen, daß es sich lohnt, dafür einzutreten.

Da ich Ihnen nichts mehr auf direktem Weg schicken kann, habe ich mich entschieden, meine gesammelten Dokumente, die geeignet sind, Art und Umfang des elektronischen Terrors zur Bewußtseinskontrolle bekannt zu machen, im Internet zu veröffentlichen. Its main goal is control of food and water through weather modification, but the vast vast expense of this program, as well as the classified technology of corporations such as Time Domain Corporation, suggest even greater goals are being obtained in conjunction with the attempt to lock down food and water. Monsanto Corporation is also deeply involved in this illegal take-over, and many others. Electro-sensitivity of the soil itself will only allow gm crops to crow eventually.

Ionization of these sprayed particles also causes many forms of radiation to rain down upon the as yet unsuspecting populace of the world, as well as lensing programs to dehydrate land and dry up water sources. The first lie of the NWO animals is that a shield is needed because the atmosphere has been depleted -- it is too bad that THEY themselves can deplete the atmosphere at any time and thus CREATE THAT NEED.

The true crux of the program is to create conductivity within all life on the surface of the planet, by spraying conductive materials which inevitably end up in the soil, the water, the air, and the food. Great inroads have been made in the last few decades concerning electronic coercion through thought entrainment and other electronic stimulus; some examples of this include Paperclip, mk-ultra, pandora, and the work of the so-called doctor delgado.

Spraying of conductive materials was preceded just slightly with the widespread use of cell phones, and it is a fair and reasonable contention that the cell phones are just a cover for the deployment of broadcast towers everywhere, a necessary adjunct to electronic mind control and automated law enforcement.
