Sehr geehrte Damen und Herren,

die HFT dient nicht nur der technischen Neuerung. Einzelne Geräte werden gezielt als Angriffswaffen auf Menschen eingesetzt um durch gepulste oder kontinuierliche Strahlungen menschliche Körperorgane zu schädigen.

Da durch die psychologische Kriegsführung mit Langzeitwirkung Menschen in Dauerstress versetzt werden, ist das Ziel, eine dauerhafte Kampfunfähigkeit des Opfers mit möglicher späterer, unauffälliger Todesfolge zu erreichen.

Ich stelle ebenfalls fest, dass Informationen in Form von Fachbüchern und Internetangaben über HFT- und NFT-Technik vorhanden sind. Der Verantwortungsbereich bei den Behörden wird hin und hergeschoben. Die Polizei ist wiederum für die Behandlung von Straftaten zuständig.

Laut Insiderinformationen haben die Polizeipräsidien seit etwa 2- 3 Jahren eine Abt. Krimninal-Prävention, mit Sitz in Stuttgart. Hier arbeiten alle PP, Geheimdienste eng zusammen. Der Sitz des amerikanischen Geimdienstes für Deutschland ist ebenfalls in Stuttgart. Geheimdienste und Polizei haben aber nicht so viele Leute, um regional mit so viel Personal 24-Stundenüberwachungen durchzuführen. In Hessen gibt es z.B. nur 40 Personen des Verfassungsschutzes, die bei der Polizei stationiert sind. Das heißt, es gibt noch eine weitere Gruppe, die in großem Stil die Verbrechen durchführt! Eine Personenüberwachung rund um die Uhr kostet übrigens 50.000 Euro im Monat.

Psychologische Kriegsführung mit HFT ist in Deutschland eine gute Möglichkeit, den nicht mehr einzuhaltenden Generationenvertrag bei den Renten auszugleichen. Die Menschen, die nicht in das System passen, werden kurzerhand in die Gruppe der Extremisten und Terroristen gestuft, so dass mit Leichtigkeit Familien ausgerottet werden können.

Aufgrund der verschiedenen Informationen stelle ich fest, dass sich die Demokratien in Europa verabschiedet haben. Die Menschenrechte werde aber international immer noch anerkannt und es wird auch um die Einhaltung gekämpft.

Potential Use Of Microwave In Mind Control

Due to the creation of random, residual magnetic deposits and binding within the biological systems of the body (nervous and lymphatic systems damage) which can ultimately affect the neurological systems (primarily the brain and nerve centers), longer-term depolarization of tissue neuroelectronic circuits can result. Because these effects can cause virtually irremissible damage to the neuroelectrical integrity of the various components of the nervous system (see Note 7), ingestion of microwaved foods is clearly contraindicated in all respects. Soviet neuropsychologists at Uralyera and Novosibirsk (see Note 8) have theorized the possibility of psychotelemetric influence (i.e., affecting human behavior by transmitting radio signals at controlled frequencies), causing subjects to comply – involuntarily and subliminally – with commands received through microwave transmissions acting upon their psychological energy fields. For this reason, and due to the 28 other contradictions listed above, the use of microwave apparatus in any form is definitely ill-advised. Present scientific opinion in many countries clearly opposes them, as exemplified by the mentioned Soviet Ban.

Das uns kürzlich zugespielte Dokument aus dem Departement Leuenberger löst diese rätselhaften Erscheinungen auf: Sie werden von Leuenbergers Dienst für besondere Aufgaben online abgehört.

Was haben Sie wohl verbrochen?

Ganz einfach: Sie arbeiten in irgendeiner Oppositionsgruppe mit, die den herrschenden Kreisen nicht gefällt. Sie brauchen keine Gewalttaten vorzubereiten. Fluglärmgegner, Naturschützer, Landschaftsschützer, Asylantenbetreuer, AKW-Gegner, Alternativenergie-Fan oder gar Elektrosmog-Aktivist zu sein, der nichts anderes tut als seine verfassungsmässig garantierten Rechte wahrzunemen, genügt vollauf um als künftiger Terrorist behandelt zu werden.

Leuenbergers Dienst für besondere Aufgaben scheint sich jedoch nicht bloss aufs passive Abhören des Telefon- und E-mail-Verkehrs zu beschränken, sondern greift hie und da recht aktiv ins Geschehen ein.

So sind uns in letzter Zeit Meldungen zugegangen, dass Mitgliederlisten und Buchhaltungsunterlagen aus den Computern von Oppositionsgruppen nicht nur gestohlen, sondern sogar gelöscht worden sind. Es handelt sich dabei ausschliesslich um PC-Stationen, die sich beim Aufstarten automatisch mit dem Internet verbinden.

Ein ganz besonderer Sport

Auch scheint sich Leuenbergers Dienst für besondere Aufgaben einen Sport daraus zu machen, den Operatoren der Mobilfunkbetreiber mitzuteilen, wann und wo ein oppositioneller Messtechniker, Mobilfunk-Basisstationen auszumessen gedenkt, damit die Opratoren die vertikalen Abstrahlwinkel der Antennen rechtzeitig auf 0° zurückfahren und Sendeleistungen auf den bewilligten Wert zurücknehmen können. Oft haben wir während den der Messung folgenden Tagen, ganz andere, viel höhere Werte erhalten.

Aufgefallen ist im Besonderen, dass das Departement Leuenberger bei der sogenannten Mediation zum Fluglärmproblem rund um den Flughafen Zürich, plötzlich über alle Adressen der sogenannten "Rädelsführer" das heisst statutengemäss gewählter Vorstandsmitglieder verfügte. Einerseits werden diese Leute scheinheilig zu Mediationsgesprächen geladen und andererseits hört dasselbe Departement den geladenen Gästen die Telefone und E-mails ab.

Es sind noch keine 15 Jahre her, dass derselbe Leuenberger, die Schweizer Staatsschutz-Affäre, die sogenannte Fichenaffäre auffliegen liess. Damals wurden Tausende von Querdenkern von speziellen Staatschutzbeamten, zum Teil mit noch recht primitiven Mitteln beobachtet und katalogisiert, sogenannt fichiert. Eine Massendemonstration von 50'000 Teilnehmern auf dem Bundesplatz zu Bern, setzte 1990 diesem unwürdigen Treiben des Voralpen-STASI ein Ende.

Nationalrat Leuenberger wurde als Held gefeiert und in den Bundesrat katapultiert.

Aber am 11.April 2002, jetzt wo Leuenberger selbst zu den Mächtigen im Land gehört, sieht die Sache wiederum ganz anders aus.

Die nachstehende Abschrift eines Schreibens, welches uns bereit im März dieses Jahres zugespielt wurde, beweist dies leider ganz klar. Zwischenzeitliche Recherchen haben ergeben, dass das Schreiben, dessen Orginal wir im Tresor aufbewahren, leider echt ist. Und die grossen Tageszeitungen weigern sich den Fall aufzugreifen. Deshalb wird das nachfolgende Schreiben, gemäss einstimmigem Beschluss der 7 Vorstandsmitglieder von Gigaherz.ch, hier vollumfänglich wiedergegeben.

Technische Vorschriften zur Überwachung des Fernmeldeverkehrs

Sehr geehrte Damen und Herren

Gemäss dem Bundesgesetz vom 6. Oktober 2000 betreffend die Überwachung des Post- und Fernmeldeverkehrs /BÜPF; SR 780.1) sowie der Verordnung vom 31. Oktober 2001 über die Überwachung des Post- und Fernmeldeverkehrs (VÜPF; SR 780.11) sind Anbieterinnen von Fernmeldediensten in der Schweiz verpflichtet, die Überwachung des über ihre Infrastruktur geführten Fernmeldeverkehrs zu ermöglichen.

Gestützt auf Art. 17 Abs. 4 und Art. 25 Abs. 1 der VÜPF hat der Dienst für Besondere Aufgaben (DBA) die Spezifikation der Schnittstellen bestimmt, welche die Übertragung des Fernmeldeverkehrs einer üerwachten Person in Echtzeit zum Verarbeitungszentrum des DBA regelt. Die Spezifikationen wurden in Zusammenarbeit mit den führenden Fernmeldedienstanbieterinnen in der Schweiz und dem Verband Inside Telecom (VIT) erstellt, unter Berücksichtigung der Standards des Europäischen Instituts für Telekommunikationsnormen (ETSI).

Die Spezifikationen enthalten die technischen Vorschriften zur Überwachung des Fernmeldeverkehrs für leitungsvermittelte Dienste, sowie für den elektronischen Postverkehr (E-Mail) und werden Ihnen beiliegend zugestellt. Die Dokumente sind in englischer Sprache verfasst und werden zu einem späteren Zeitpunkt in den Landessprachen vorliegen.

Folgende Telekommuniktionsanbieter sind zur Implementation der Überwachungssysteme gemäss den beiliegenden Dokumenten innerhalb der in der VÜPF festgehaltenen Fristen (Art. 36, Abs. 4 und Abs. 5) verpflichtet.

Anbieterinnen direkter Teilnehmeranschlüsse für leitungsvermittelte Dienste

Anbieterinnen virtueller Nummerndienste (z.B. 0800-Nummern)

Anbieterinnen von Sprachnachrichtendiensten (Voice Mail)

Sämtliche Anbieterinnen elektronischer Postdienste (E-Mail)

Wir machen Sie darauf aufmerksam, dass die Technischen Vorschriften VERTRAULICH klassifiziert sind. Sie sind unter Verschluss aufzubewahren und dürfen nur Personen zugänglich gemacht werden, welche Informationen zur Erfüllung diesbezüglicher Aufgaben benötigen.

Die betroffenen Fernmeldedienstanbieterinnen melden innert drei Wochen, spätestens bis am 3. Mai 2002, welche Bereiche der technischen Vorschriften sie innerhalb der in der VÜPF festgehaltenen Fristen nicht umsetzen können. ("Technical Statement") Die Auflistung soll den Grund der Nichteinhaltung beinhalten, den Zeitpunkt einer späteren Implementierung, sowie die allenfalls vorhandene alternative Implementierungsvariante. Die in schriftlicher Form verfassten Rückmeldungen sind an folgende Adresse zu richten:

Late last fall, I watched bemused as several plainclothes geeks installed a cell tower behind our N.W. Island's Masonic Hall. It went up quickly, and without any fanfare.

The twist was that the cell tower was disguised as an ordinary flagpole. This was patriotic, and very suspicious. The camouflaged stealth tower was erected without any protests, warnings or announcements to local businesses or residents.

Being a curious person I investigated, and discovered to my great surprise that "stealth towers" are being hastily erected throughout the country, by the thousands. Camouflaged microwave and cell phone towers are being disguised as cacti, palm trees, church crosses, rock formations, water towers, and pine trees. This is happening without any of the dissent or protest usually surrounding cell tower erections.

Companies like Stealth Concealment Solutions of Charleston, S.C., are doing a brisk business. They custom-disguise cell towers to blend into their surroundings. It is estimated that up to 30% of the new cell tower erections now going up are being stealthily concealed.

When one considers the rapid advancements in electromagnetic and psychotronic mind control technology, this trend in utility concealment is rather sinister. If researchers could successfully project human speech into the minds of the deaf, as Dr. Joseph C. Sharp of the Walter Reed Army Institute of Research did in 1974, think of their present capabilities.

Consider this quote by a pioneer in electromagnetic mind control: "Man does not have the right to develop his own mind. This kind of liberal orientation has great appeal. We must electrically control the brain. Some day armies and generals will be controlled by electric stimulation of the brain." - Dr. Jose Delgado -1974 Congressional Record, No. 262E, Vol. 118.

Here is another eye-opening quotation: "Contemporary neuroscience suggests the existence of fundamental algorithms by which all sensory transduction is translated into the intrinsic, brain-specific code. Direct stimulation of these codes within the human temporal or limbic cortices by applied electromagnetic patterns may require energy levels which are within the range of both geomagnetic activity and contemporary communication networks. A process which is coupled to the narrow band of brain temperature could allow all normal human brains to be affected by a sub-harmonic whose frequency range at about 10 Hz would only vary by 0.1 Hz." - On the Possibility of Directly accessing every human brain by electromagnetic induction of fundamental algorithms - by M.A. Persinger, Laurentian University / Perceptual and Motor Skills, June 1995, 80, 791-799.

And now, one final quotation to put the issue of stealth cell towers into a proper political perspective: "As an expert and juridical personality I declare: In Kiev was launched a mass production of Psychotronical Biogenerators and their tests. I cannot assert that during the coup d'etat were used exactly the Kiev generators. All the same the fact that they were used is evident to me. What are the Psychotronical generators? They are electrical equipment which produces the effect of guided control in human organisms. It affects especially the left and right hemisphere of the cortex. This is also the technology of the U.S. project Zombie 5 . . . I draw on my personal experience since I am myself the designer of such a generator." With the U.S. Presidential election coming up in a few short months, it is likely that the stealth cell tower network being rapidly constructed is destined to play an important role in remotely influencing the perceptions, thoughts and decisions of American voters.

Manchurian Candidate Taps Emerging Science to Depict Mind Control

July 29, 2004— Resistance is futile — or so Hollywood might have you believe about the burgeoning world of neuroscience.
In an updated version of the 1962 film, The Manchurian Candidate, evil-doers alter the memories of American veterans of the first Gulf War and then program them to kill on command years later.

For the original film, starring Frank Sinatra and Angela Lansbury, the programmed victims were Korean War veterans, and hypnosis and brainwashing were the main tools of corruption. In the remake, starring Denzel Washington and Meryl Streep, rogue scientists tap emerging brain science that has been tested or at least considered in recent years.

So how real is the possibility of mind control? It depends on how you define it, but scientists say current research comes close.

While a chip implant to change a person's memory hasn't surfaced, scientists have begun influencing memory using pharmaceuticals. And technology that has been tried extensively on animals can trigger the subjects to follow commands with the flick of a switch.

"These kind of innovations all have this feeling of being exciting, but also creepy," said Richard Glen Boire, founder of the Center for Cognitive Liberty and Ethics, a nonprofit awareness group in Davis, Calif.

Enhancing and Repressing Memory

One study, for example, found nine healthy middle-aged pilots who took the Alzheimer's drug Aricept remembered flight-simulator lessons much better than nine others who took a placebo. Aricept has unwanted side effects, but researchers are working on other drugs that have been shown to promote long-term memory in animals.

Certain drugs known as beta blockers, meanwhile, have been shown to suppress emotional memory. Some feel this holds promise for people with post traumatic stress disorder who have trouble leaving behind wrenching events of their past.

Taken for therapeutic purposes, none of these drugs may seem particularly harmful, but their emergence demonstrates scientists' ability to tinker with memory. If scientists can both suppress and enhance memory, the movie's consultants argues it's not a far leap to imagine the ability to replace a horrific war memory with a false one that glorifies a fellow soldier, as happens to Denzel Washington's character.

"We use the idea in the movie that we have come to the point where we have the ability to influence the brain, not just for therapeutic purposes, but for political ones," said Jay Lombard, director of the Brain Behavior Center in Nyack, N.Y., and a consultant on the film.

The potency of so-called psychopharmaceuticals may be relegated to Hollywood screenplays for now, but the potential for corruption is real enough to have caught the attention of the President's Council on Bioethics.

"Neuroscience and related technologies not only lead to knowledge, they lead to power," warned Robert Michels of Cornell University Medical College while speaking to the council last January about possible implications of memory enhancement and suppression.

Records show the government has long been interested in using drugs to influence the brain. In fact, lawsuits are now pending in federal courts from people who claim they were guinea pigs in the CIA's infamous MKULTRA project. In this top secret research, agents gave LSD and other drugs to hundreds of unsuspecting Americans during the Cold War.

Stopping Raging Bull

Brain stimulation technology has also long loomed as a means to control the actions of another living being. Starting in the late 1940s, scientists have zeroed in on key regions of the brain that, when stimulated, can produce lethargy or anger or irresistible sensations of pleasure.

Some of the most well-known studies on brain stimulation was by the Spanish scientist named Jose Delgado. Throughout his work in the 1950s and '60s, Delgado developed a procedure for implanting electrodes into areas of the brains of animals.

By relaying small electric pulses into specific regions, he made monkeys suddenly become lethargic and unresponsive to food and their young. Triggering signals to other areas of cats' brains, he prompted the animals to attack and kill rodents placed in front of them.

In his most famous experiment, he planted several electrodes into the brain of a fighting bull and sent a signal that stopped the bull dead in its tracks as it was rearing up to attack. When he switched the signal off, the bull resumed its aggressive behavior.

Today researchers have refined Delgado's and other's techniques, not simply to see how they can control their subjects, but to try and understand the functions of different regions of the brain. The studies have shown that one of the most powerful brain regions may be an area known as the reward center.

"This area that you're stimulating carries a signal that in effect says, 'Whatever you did just now was really good,'" explained Randy Gallistel, a professor of psychology and cognitive science at Rutgers University in New Jersey. "It's not a specific sensation, but an abstract one. And you can get animals to endure substantial pain to get it."

Peter Shizgal, a neuroscientist at Concordia University in Montreal, has shown that lab rats will almost always choose the reward brain stimulation over even the most tasty rat snack — a "milkshake" of cream and sugar and maple syrup. Other work has shown animals will walk over grates that deliver painful electric shocks to get to the trigger that delivers the stimulation.

Two years ago scientists used electrodes in rats' brains to activate their reward centers and effectively steer the rats to the left or right. A tiny backpack on the rats acted as the pulse receiver. The researchers said the so-called "rat-bots" could someday carry cameras and help in the search for survivors.

Shizgal and Gallistel say stimulating the reward center and neighboring areas of the brain also holds potential for people.

'Spectacular Motivation'

Using brain stimulation to control appetite may be a possibility, as well as tapping similar therapy to get severe anorexics to eat. Obesity is a problem that affects more than a million people in the United States today. Brain stimulation would obviously be risky, but Gallistel argues people are already willing to undergo dangerous surgery to reduce the size of their stomachs in order to lose weight.

"It's dangerous to go into that area of the brain, but these people are already at risk," he said. "It's not at all crazy to think about."

If it's not crazy to think about using brain stimulation to gain or lose weight, then what about a Manchurian Candidate scenario of commanding a human being to kill another? Gallistel points out Delgado used brain stimulation to trigger cats to kill, so using the technology to command people may not be such a stretch.

"It's a very powerful stimulation that is very hard to resist. In general, you can produce spectacular motivation of all kinds by stimulating the brain in animals," he said. "There's no reason to think you couldn't produce spectacular motivation in humans."

Then again, Shizgal adds, even if something is possible, doesn't mean it's probable.

"A society that had the ability to grab you off the street and drill holes in your head is pretty unlikely," Shizgal said. "So brain control doesn't really keep me up at night."
