I've just gotten this information from a friend, Rick Davis, who has been active in the environmental movement in Japan. He says that recently there has been a lot of talk about use of microwaves by clandestine organizations as a form of harassment. I asked him for more detail, and he provided me this link. The article in this link does not mention the microwave harassment, but apparently the book does.

One that immediately comes to mind is in the recent book "Crossing the Rubicon" by Michael Ruppert. His office was for a time bombarded with microwaves.

1. Zur Reichweite:

„Wie sehr sich RFID zum Beschatten und Bespitzeln eignet, darüber entscheidet vor al-lem die Reichweite. Die im Future Store [der Fa. Metro – die Firma erhielt dafür den Big-Brother-Award wegen Missachtung des Datenschutzes; siehe http://www.bigbrotherawards.de ] eingesetzten Tags lassen sich bis auf etwa einen Meter Entfernung auslesen. Gerüchten zufolge ist hierzulande aber auch schon der Einsatz von Chips mit einer Reichweite von über zehn Metern geplant – in den USA lassen sich RFID-Tags schon jetzt auf bis zu sechs Meter auslesen. Die Bundesregierung weist außerdem unter http://dip.bundestag.de/btd/15/031/1503190.pdf darauf hin, dass sich die Kommunikation zwischen RFID-Chip und –Lesegerät theoretisch sogar im Abstand von bis zu 100 Metern abhören lässt.
Handlungsbedarf sieht die Regierung derzeit trotzdem nicht. Begründung: „Erkenntnisse, dass diese theoretisch denkbaren Übertragungsreichweiten praktisch zum Einsatz kommen, liegen der Bundesregierung nicht vor“. 2. Schutz gegen RFID-Spionage:

„Wer wirklich sicher sein möchte, dass er keinen RFID-Chip bei sich trägt, braucht allerdings Hardware, etwa den Dataprivatizer von Foebud. Er soll RFID-Chips und –Lesegeräte auf eine Entfernung von bis zu zehn Metern orten ( http://www.stoprfid.de ) und den freigegebenen Speicherbereich überschreiben. Zum Recherchezeitpunkt war das Gerät jedoch noch nicht verfügbar (50 bis 100 Euro).

Die Firma RSA ( http://www.rsasecurity.com ) hat außerdem einen Störsender entwickelt, der sich permanent beim Lesegerät meldet und es so irritiert, dass es die übrigen RFID-Tags nicht auslesen kann. Die Funktionsfähigkeit des RFID-Blockers ist jedoch umstritten.

Wenn Sie einen RFID-Chip kurz entschlossen selbst unschädlich machen möchten, haben Sie allerdings schlechte Karten: Die Sender sind ausgesprochen robust und überleben sogar mehrere Schleudergänge in Ihrer Waschmaschine.“

#1- write down the license plate number of anyone stalking you...

#2- I am putting in a call to ask Roger Tolces, Private Investigator about his fee for following up on license plate #'s to find out who owns the vehicle, his address, and other pertinent information, etc.

#3- take a picture of the perp stalking you.

#4- post ANY ONE THING or ALL of the above information on

Military Contract for Pulsed Energy Projectile (PEP) Pain Study University of Florida to figure out how to get maximum pain out of "non-lethal" directed-energy weapon

In this contract under the Naval Research Center (a part of the Joint Non-Lethal Weapons Program), the University of Florida is studying the "Sensory Consequences of Electromagentic Pulses Emitted by Laser Induced Plasmas." In other words, how much pain can be induced by these directed energy weapons without causing physical damage?

The document has a fairly high level of redaction, including - unbelievably - almost half of its bibliography. Still, it reveals some interesting things, including a detailed look at inducing agony by directly activating the skin's receptors that encode pain without means of heat, chemicals, or physical contact.
