I want to inform people about what is going on in Germany, in case people here are unaware. They have a horrible problem with microwave attackers as neighbors, similar to how these neighbors are depicted. Reports from there to me continue to describe an ever increasing targeted population. There is much microwave technology available there. When the wall came down, the East German powers from the communist party exchanged their trade and tactics developed to be used against their own dissidents for money. West German criminals had the money to buy it and then had the technology and training. They got very good at it quickly. The MO spread and I have heard that at least 200 Europeans are currently dying from it, or have died, in recent years. Some die not even knowing what or whom has been behind their condition.

There are no reports of implanted devices in people from Germany. Lastly, the government there does nothing, just as here. Some people over there have discussed living together or in very close proximity to one another for safety sake. One of the best web sites I have found is Reinhardt Munzert's Microwave Terror Attacks. I don't have the link, or exact wording or spelling, and I apologize for that, but I'm sure it can be "googled" if someone wishes to follow up.

Neighbor against neighbor attacks without any provocation is one of the typical MO's that they are suffering under. I am passing this along for anyone interested.

BERLIN (Reuters) - Before leaving on vacation, a German couple set up a loudspeaker and timer with the sound of a crowing cock to blast their neighbors every morning.

After complaints, police in the northern town of Itzehoe obtained a warrant to enter the house and discovered the gear with the speakers aimed at the neighbors and rigged to a timer.

"The apparatus switched on between 2 and 4 o'clock in the morning and produced a cock crowing at an enormous volume. This would last for 20 minutes with breaks in between," police said.

Police confiscated the gear and charged the vacationers, who are still away, with bodily harm and disturbing the peace. The neighbors had no history of antagonism.


This appears to be typical of perps. I had one person (a possible perp) living below me in an apartment complex in Redding California. He was harassing me with this kind of tactic. When I finally figured out what he was doing and how he was using a stereo system to create the effects, the guy like to have went complete off his rocker. Thought that he was going to have to be taken to the mental ward and locked up for evaluation. He was so certain that no one would ever figure out what he was doing and especially how he was doing it.

Thousands of wheelie bins in London are to be electronically tagged to allow councils to measure the waste individual households produce.

The microchips help maximise recycling and minimise the amount of rubbish ending up in landfill sites.

But critics fear the scheme will lead to "Big Brother" tactics, with council officials able to spy on households.

Andrew Pellin, a Conservative member of the London Assembly, said: "The Stasi or the KGB could have never dreamed of getting a spy device in every household."

The microchips will be used with refuse lorries which will weigh the bins before they are emptied. The council will then be able to identify homes where the amount of rubbish is higher than expected.

A leaf let from Labour controlled Croydon council explaining the scheme says: "We will be able to get in touch to help residents manage their rubbish more effectively."

Gerry Ryan, cabinet member for environmental services, backed the plan. "It may be people dumping trade waste in the bins or waste which should be recycled," he said.

Hi-tech bins are already used in Camden and Bexley as well as the US and Europe.

At the touch of a key, personal details about individuals can be compiled from computer data banks

Is it possible to manipulate people covertly to behave in ways over which each has little control?

A number of researchers and social critics believe that science is on the verge of perfecting unconscious coercion. They point to subliminal advertising, tinkering with human genetics and exotic techniques such as microwave bombardment of the brain as portents of Orwell’s thought control.

Laboratory fertilization of human embryos is already possible, and researchers are working on techniques to alter genes to prevent diseases. One critic of modern genetic techniques, Jeremy Rifkin, believes that political preferences could eventually be spliced into human beings.

“Attempts to reform the internal blueprint of the human species will raise the ominous specter of biological caste systems,” says Rifkin. “When the individual can be programmed at conception, political power becomes more absolute and human freedom more elusive.”

Closer at hand are subliminal-suggestion techniques widely used in advertising. With one called time compression, computers can squeeze human speech into a smaller time frame, thus allowing advertisers to tuck more information into commercials. The listener is not aware of the speech manipulation.

Another method is to insert messages onto television or movie screens at such a fast pace that viewers aren’t aware that they are seeing them. Promoters say the technique can have powerful results when used over several months.

“People fear the use of subliminal advertising because they really don’t understand how the subconscious mind works,” says Stephen McDaniel, assistant professor of marketing at Texas A&M University. “Some perceive it as a form of brainwashing and don’t like the idea of receiving information and not consciously knowing it.”

An even more sinister behavior modification technique is cited by Stanford University psychologist Philip Zimbardo: “Soviet scientists have been perfecting a device that bombards the brain with low-frequency radio waves. These airborne waves can travel over distances and are known to change the behavior of animals and humans in their path. Such remote control makes possible potentially frightening uses for altering the brain’s functioning.”

Technologies of tomorrow present Americans with new choices.

As Jacques Vallée, a computer scientist and founder of InfoMedia, Inc., of San Bruno, Calif., observes: “Technology is creating a new ‘nervous system’ for society, and we do not know how it is going to behave. What we must understand is that technology is not neutral. It forces us to make choices. It challenges business and society to conceive alternatives to the world that technology is producing.”

Even if society resists technical intrusions on individual privacy, the fact that the technology exists means that sooner or later someone - either in or out of the government - can subvert it for evil purposes. That is Orwell’s warning for 1984 and the years beyond.
