Hier im Gegensatz zu meiner ersten E-Mail die Aussage von Dr. José Delgado, wonach mit gepulsten Magnetfeldern Informationen direkt in den Cortex gesendet werden kann - ohne Elektroden. Es können Gefühle, Intellekt und Persönlichkeit - so Delgado - direkt mit der eingestrahlten Information geändert werden.

When cops go bad, a riot may ensue.

"The Los Angeles Riots began April 29, 1992. The riots, which were sparked by the not-guilty verdict of four police officers who assaulted Rodney King, lasted for 6 days. After stopping Mr. King, they used excessive force to apprehend him which was clearly shown in the video tape. George Holiday, the camera man, spread the video tape to a local television station which broadcast it to the L.A. area. The verdict was handed down April 29, 1992; riot ensued. Over 40 dead, 2,000 injured and over 1 billion dollars in property damage was the result of the 6 day riot."[1]

Riot police still have their trusted methods of dealing with the unruly, but soon they'll have some new ones.

"The US military is funding development of a weapon that delivers a bout of excruciating pain from up to 2 kilometres away. Intended for use against rioters, it is meant to leave victims unharmed. But pain researchers are furious that work aimed at controlling pain has been used to develop a weapon. And they fear that the technology will be used for torture. The research came to light in documents unearthed by the Sunshine Project, an organisation based in Texas and in Hamburg, Germany, that exposes biological weapons research. The papers were released under the US's Freedom of Information Act. One document, a research contract between the Office of Naval Research and the University of Florida in Gainsville, is entitled "Sensory consequences of electromagnetic pulses emitted by laser induced plasmas". Known either as the "Anti-Personnel Beam Weapon" or "Non-Lethal Tetanizing Beam Weapon," it releases two ultraviolet laser beams with a wavelength of 193 to 248 nanometers that paralyzes the skeletal muscles of people and animals up to 2 kilometers away. The laser beams, which sends currents at 10 milliampere and are effective within a few milliseconds after they charge, are strong enough to penetrate clothing but too weak to damage the skin or to be lethal, according to Eric Herr, vice president of HSV Technologies."[4]

"Israel is to introduce a non-lethal acoustic weapon to control riots and disperse crowds after widespread criticism of its use of tear gas, rubber bullets and live ammunition. The latest system, known as The Shout, uses a high intensity, high frequency sound beam to incapacitate targets up to 100 yards away without causing them permanent physical damage."[5]

I am the Phila, Pa Target of over 5 years of hi-tech assault with EMF (electromagnetic frequency) weapons and equipment by a criminal group who put this on me in Millbourne, PA in 2000 and have stalked me ever since with this extremely invasive equipment.

Like I wrote you yesterday, I am now living in ____. I still work here in Philly part-time so I will stay over in Philly once a week or so. While I am with my family I try to put on a happy face since this whole ordeal has depressed them both for the last 5 years. So, if you see me looking okay it doesn't mean I actually am okay--just trying to spare them.

I need this off of me now. I am being tortured by sadistic torturers who are deforming my face by cutting off the blood flow in my neck. They are binding me tighter and tighter around my neck and chest and are trying to disfigure me and eventually KILL ME.

They have to kill off their victims so that 2 people can't testify against them at the same time.

I worry about other peoples safety too.

I know you are investigating for the last 9 months or so but I need this frequency off of me now.

The reason I contacted you was so you could save my life as well as the lives of the other targets of this horrible crime.

They make your life a living hell with this. They bathe your apartment with EMF in order to "charge you up" so that they can torture you. They make an Electromagnetic Torture Chamber on your person that no one can see and that you can't get away from.

I don't know why you haven't shielded me from this yet. I guess you are using my victimization as an opportunity to figure out how they do this and who they are. I need this off me NOW. I really can't take this anymore. My life has been destroyed. My body has been disfigured along with my face. I can't have friends or a lover.

I want my life and reputation as a normal, sane human being back.

Are you going to rescue me and the other suffering targets or are you just going to watch us being torn apart?

Like I said before, my brother - is a Marine and in the Secret Service. Does that make me worth rescueing? Or do I have to defend myself? I thought that was your job. I need shielding or jammers or resisters TODAY.
