Bad Aibling replacement in Darmstadt-Griesheim?

Dear friends (and a few BCC recipients),

in local media, there was a few reports some days ago that in Griesheim - a little town some 5 km west of Darmstadt -, 4 satellite senders and 1 satellite receiver are going to be set up by the US Army. The permit they requested from the local authorities runs until 2012. The media calls it "radar" and "radomes". There is now some speculation as to whether part of the Bad Aibling capability is going to be moved to Darmstadt (with the rest going to Menwith Hill.) Another vague idea I have is that it could be an early preparation for a US missile defense system in Europe. But it seems there is also an intelligence unit located in Griesheim, so it could also be that the senders are used to send processed information to the NSA.

I will try to find someone locally who is technically knowledgable enough to look into this and hopefully work with people in the town parliament to try to gain access to further information. As the US Army does this under NATO Statute, there is no information available publicly, and they need not undergo normal planning and environmental protection procedures (hi, CAAB, does this sound familiar?) But I thought I should make the community aware of this development. And maybe someone can add information.

To Whom It May Concern

The attached Statement On Mind Control, dated April 11th, 2002 was sent directly to me by the author. Given the controversy surrounding mind control, Cheryl Welsh of CAHRA has asked me to substantiate the medical doctor's Statement. The physician does not want to sign his Statement, because he does not want to become involved with victims for whom he has no help to offer.

I am aware of the physicians research work when he was associated with the National Institutes of Health, and I consider it to be of the highest standard. I am also familiar with his Patents and his work in the identification of virus' in small samples of fluids. In my opinion, the statements he has made in his Statement can be taken as true, reflecting facts and events which occurred.

The author is also personally known to me and has related some of the information contained in the document to me on prior occasions. There was no information given to the author prior to his producing the initial document other than to ask if he would write up some of his experiences with mind control. The last two paragraphs were added by the author after he became aware of the experiment I did for CAHRA. He was asked to comment on the experiment without additional input from anyone. I can corroborate the following points contained in the Statement:

I knew Senator Claiborne Pell, his Legislative Assistant referred to in the document, and the investigative reporter also mentioned. I was aware that they were involved in mind control investigations and that they had data that indicated the existence of technology that could be used to effect some sort of mind control. Specifically, I was aware of the photograph of a signal that appeared on an individual's TV screen. I had several meetings with that individual and examined the photograph mentioned in the Statement.

Also, I asked the Legislative Assistant to comment on the physician's Statement. He stated to me: "...what he has written details the events as I recall them, and as we discussed at the time they were going on." He does not want to be identified for the same reason the MD does not want to be identified.

I'm sure you already are aware, that the mobile phone is being used to draw this technology to a victim.

I believe this is so widespread now it may be beyond control.

We now know mobiles can pick up a signal even when switched off, and think of the times you have gone to a place where no-one knows you, and certain aspects of the harassment you are experiencing begins from people (locals) that were already there before you arrived. Even at places you may have stopped at, such as cafes, without prior knowledge yourself. So nothing could possibly have been set up.

I think in the course of time this may not sound so strange.

This technology has opened the door to control by anyone with sufficient power, anywhere in the world.

I am being tortured with electronic technology, which I believe is from neighbours. At nights I awaken to feel my legs and feet tingling, and this becomes very painful, causing extreme pain. I can feel the pulsed energy hitting against me. After a bad bout of this my face feels like it is sunburned.

In der Erwägung, daß die allgemeine Besorgnis über die Verschlechterung des Zustands der Umwelt und die Umweltkrisen es erforderlich macht, Prioritäten in den nationalen Entscheidungsprozessen zu setzen und daß die Länder gemeinsam wirksam auf Umweltkatastrophen reagieren,

- unter Hinweis auf die Konferenzen der Vereinten Nationen in Kyoto im Jahr 1997 und in Rio de Janeiro im Jahr 1992, - unter Hinweis auf die Anhörung über HAARP und nichttödliche Waffen, die der Unterausschuß für Sicherheit und Abrüstung des Ausschusses für auswärtige Angelegenheiten am 5. Februar 1998 in Brüssel durchgeführt hat,

8. fordert das Militär auf, alle Aktivitäten einzustellen, die zu Umwelt- und Gesundheitsschäden beitragen, und alle notwendigen Schritte zur Sanierung und Dekontaminierung der verseuchten Gebiete zu unternehmen;

21. ist der Ansicht, daß der Geheimhaltung in der militärischen Forschung entgegengewirkt und das Recht auf Offenheit und demokratische Prüfung militärischer Forschungsprojekte gestärkt werden muß;

Rechtliche Aspekte militärischer Tätigkeiten

26. fordert die Europäische Union auf, sich dafür einzusetzen, daß auch die neuen sogenannten nichttödlichen Waffensysteme und die Entwicklung neuer Waffenstrategien durch internationale Übereinkommen erfaßt und geregelt werden;

27. hält HAARP (High Frequency Active Auroral Research Project) wegen der weitreichenden Umweltauswirkungen für eine globale Angelegenheit und fordert, die rechtlichen, ökologischen und ethischen Auswirkungen von einem unabhängigen internationalen Organ untersuchen zu lassen, bevor weitere Forschungsarbeiten und Versuche stattfinden; bedauert die wiederholte Weigerung der Regierung der Vereinigten Staaten, einen Vertreter zu der öffentlichen Anhörung oder den folgenden Sitzungen seines zuständigen Ausschusses über die Auswirkungen des Forschungsprogramms über hochfrequente Strahlen (High Frequency Active Auroral Research Project - HAARP), das gegenwärtig in Alaska durchgeführt wird, zu entsenden;

28. fordert die STOA-Lenkungsgruppe (Scientific and Technological Options Assessment) auf, ihre Zustimmung zu geben, daß die wissenschaftlichen und technischen Beweise, die in allen vorliegenden Forschungsergebnissen über HAARP vorliegen, untersucht werden, um die genaue Art und das Gefährdungspotential, das HAARP sowohl für die lokale als auch für die globale Umwelt sowie für die Gesundheit der Menschen generell darstellt, zu ermitteln;

29. fordert die Kommission auf, in Zusammenarbeit mit den Regierungen von Schweden, Finnland, Norwegen und der Russischen Föderation die Auswirkungen des HAARP-Programms auf die arktischen Gebiete Europas unter den Aspekten Umwelt und Gesundheit der Bevölkerung zu untersuchen und dem Parlament über die Ergebnisse zu berichten;

30. fordert vor allem ein internationales Übereinkommen über ein generelles Verbot von Forschungs- und Entwicklungsprojekten - ob militärisch oder zivil -, die die Anwendung der Erkenntnisse auf dem Gebiet chemischer und elektrischer Vorgänge oder von Schallwellen oder anderen Funktionen des menschlichen Gehirns zur Entwicklung von Waffen beinhalten, die jeder beliebigen Form der Manipulation des Menschen Tür und Tor öffnen könnten; dieses Übereinkommen sollte auch ein Verbot aller derzeit bekannten sowie aller erdenklichen Anwendungsmöglichkeiten solcher Systeme umfassen;

31. fordert die Europäische Union und ihre Mitgliedstaaten auf, sich für internationale Vereinbarungen einzusetzen, um die Umwelt im Kriegsfall vor unnötigen Zerstörungen zu bewahren;

32. fordert die Europäische Union und ihre Mitgliedsländer auf, sich dafür einzusetzen, daß internationale Regeln auch für militärische Tätigkeiten in Friedenszeiten mit Blick auf ihre Umweltauswirkungen festgelegt werden;

I am a victim of psi/electronic harassment. My name is Damian Hall.

On over 300 victims of neuro electro events known without camera or bugging - no mental illness can produce this - only a neuro electro Psi predatory fix.

Perps preying on me can be identified in near future though I have not verified them as yet. Ringleader was same person acting as agent provocateur on end of Tregonwell Rd, Bournemouth in May 98. It is the same person going whisper to skull Psi and remote viewing, dream manipulating and in magnetic sleep nervous system manipulation remote configurated.

Don't know what to say. Police/judges etc are in dark about this form of preying as are general public - it may be known of but not acknowledged.

Don't know what to suggest except appeal with McKinney/Dr Richard Alan Miller/ Carole Smith article in Psycho social journal Volume 13 about need for critical analysis of psychosis in light of mind invasive technology. I have copy of this article if you haven't.

I, personally believe mind invasive devices may well be being used in tandem with group SRA Cultic Psi predatory telepathy or without. I think it important not to only dwell on devices and techniques of SRA and predatory cultic practises to get Psi telepathy fixes needs unearthing. I will ascertain perps preying on me soon and hope to expose. Not many reported targets in England. I am one of them for five years. Four reported targets in England coincidentally come from Yorkshire or live there. Miriam Findlay and George Faraquar, Scottish I believe. That may well be coincidence to USA Intelligence base near Whitby North Yorks or devices filched off them being used possibly as an outside chance.
