("COLUMBUS, OhIo --- The man on trial in a series of highway shootings heard mocking voices from the television for years, leading him to drop lumber and bags of concrete mix off overpasses and then to buy a gun, his attorney told jurors Thursday.

Charles McCoy, Jr. "believed people could read his mind" and would use those thoughts to make fun of him, Mark Collins said as he opened the defense case.

McCoy's mother and brother-in-law said he complained that a newspaper ad had a phrase his parents used, and that Regis Philbin
mentioned a bandanna the day after McCoy wore one.

McCoy, 29, is charged with 24 counts in 12 shootings on and near, Columbus-area highways, involving vehicles, houses and a school, over five months in 2003 and 2004. One woman was killed.

The defense concedes that McCoy was the shooter but wants to convince jurors that he had severe, untreated paranoid schizophrenia that kept him from knowing right from wrong.

McCoy would be hospitalized if jurors accept his plea of innocence by reason of insanity, though the jury has not been told that.

He could face the death penalty if convicted of aggravated murder in the November 2003 death of Gail Knisley, who was shot while riding in a car on Interstate 270, which circles Columbus. She was the only person struck in the string of shootings.

Collins said he will show that McCoy became progressively bizarre and sometimes threatening to his relatives.

On a 0-100 scale on the severity of his paranoid schizophrenia, a psychiatrist will testify that McCoy ranks between 85 and 95, the attorney said.")

Do you correspond with Mr. Allman?

The reason I am asking is this; My original perpetrator was caught stealing equipment by Military Police on a Navy Base. (this man, though born in N.Y., has resided on the West Coast most of his life. He wasn't 'just' vacationing on an Alabama Navy Base.

Let me back up. After he started using the voice to skull equipment on me I hired a private detective to do a background check on him. So, I have his social security number, and DOB, etc... However, I also soon learned that private investigators are very expensive. So, I decided to start a little 'information' company of my own which I use to do foot work type investigations. (I also do free work for some of the other T.I's)

Because of my little company of 1, I can do Federal Criminal Back ground checks 'on-line'. There is a URL called PACERS which is a Federal Web-site for doing legal investigations.

Whatever you do, don't doubt the patency of this web-site. It's the real thing. There are 'some' discrepancies, but once I have the beginnings of a criminal paper trail I know how to follow it, or instruct others how to do the same.

Of the 4 people who have given me names of their perpetrators I have found Federal Court Records on the perps of all 4. Some of the T.I.'s still remain doubtful, but others "get it". Criminals have 'general profiles'. Which means they have set behavior patterns that don't change. In other words 'if' a person has a criminal paper trail, AND he has harassed you (for instance) then it is 'more than likely' he is a repeat offender. Very rarely does a real criminal 'only' offend once.

There are lawyers who can mitigate nearly anything. Parliament isn't set up like oursystem is, and neither is British Intelligence. Their Crown is their "legal glass ceiling". We don't have a 'legal glass ceiling'. Our barristers can litigate forever, and we have private checks, and balances they don't have.

P.S. I am still interested in seeing pictures of Mr. Allman's equipment. I need the part numbers, and what division of the military it was stolen from.

P.S.S. It is a Federal offense to steal government equipment; even something as small as a stolen jacket is grounds for legal military action.

I think you may be taking this wrong or maybe I am taking you wrong. I'll explain a little here. I am happy for John Allman's work he is fighting for all of us. Mr.Allman was just using the device as a demo in order for others to understand. I hope he gains support of the people and most of all should have our support.

I too have the device that will do the same as Mr.Allmans and I also Demo it to get people to understand. Without something to demo with I get a lot that really do not want to listen. Now while using the device for a demo gets people to listen for one thing they are interested in the demo unit.

My device is a hypersonic sound system (HSS) mine is the Audio SpotLight from Holosonic Research Labs.

A lot of victims are set in there ways thinking the device is used on them as to torture and voices. I will say as a TI I am 100% sure HSS technology is Not used on me. I do agree with Mr.Allman that it is indeed obsolete and outdated technology compared to what is being used on us.

John Allman, and ask him for a picture of his equipment? We would have something to show law enforcement, and legislaters.

I feel like crying, and shaking all at the same time. Think of how many children we might save from this horrible torment if we could solve this mystery!

If someone volunteers to write a letter to this man I will pay the overnite postage. We could enclose a return overnite, and money for the picture.

I'm not a particularly skilled letter writer. So, whoever feels as if they are please speak up, and we should try co-ordinating it.

Thank you Susan for posting this. I feel very grateful, but the shock of initial public discovery is also frightening. The public should speak up in outrage over this. I wonder if it made AP, or Reuters?

Miss G, herself a victim of MC, has heard about a female patient of a nearby hospital, that this patient was mistreated by wrong medication and violated with the help of an ultrasound device during an ultrasound examination at the hospital. She received an affidavit of this patient. She published this occurence in an Internet website, naming at the same time the two female physicians and the professor. One of the physicians has notified a private prosecution because of violations of press laws, rights of personality, character assassination a.s.o..Both parties are represented by attorneys. For the case itself, violation by ultrasound, it is a shame, as the parties now are haggling over different issues, possible claims for damage. The case has not yet reached the level of legal proceedings.

I have been attacked in so many ways but this one particular way tops it all. They, by inducing bad odor managed to discredit me thru all the jobs and companies I worked with. These stupid idiots have the ability to induce odor around me. What happens is people will feel there is a bad sulfur or sewage type odor spread around me making them think I am the one who is the cause of it. There are incidents one will smell it the other will not. Depending who they want your enemy to be. There are other articles that I red also did indicate that they can make you cook, and smell real bad or you can have fumes coming from you. I don't know the specifics of how they achieve it but I suspect again it is the works of microwaves. I would like to ask all the members of this forum to please send me any or all the articles that relates to this issue. And if there are other TI 's who experiences the same kind of issues please respond as soon as possible. I will send those articles to all the former companies I worked with so they can understand this phenomenon and how vulnerable we humans are.

I am writing this letter as a safety measure because my life is under serious threat. A document such as this is known as a 'security letter'. It is designed to provide information about my situation to as many people as possible. The more public this information becomes, the safer I will be, at least in theory. This is the second such letter I have written; the first was dated January 4, 1999. The purpose of this letter is not limited to protecting my own safety. In truth, my own situation cannot be separated from issues which are of such magnitude as to affect every citizen of this country. All I ask is that you read this letter with an open mind, and using your own discernment, draw your own conclusions.

POLITICAL PERSECUTION IN THE USA: THE CASE OF BARBARA HARTWELL

A major effort is being made by various agencies of the U.S. government, most notably the CIA, to 'neutralize' me. When a person becomes a target to be 'neutralized' it is usually because she/he is considered for various reasons to be a threat to 'National Security'. I know that in my own case such a perceived 'threat' exists, but in truth it has nothing to do with 'National Security'. The reality is that the perpetrators who are trying to 'neutralize' me are concerned only that their nefarious, illegal and unconscionable misdeeds and massive violations of human rights not be exposed.

In their attempts to 'neutralize' me they have used a full spectrum of tactics including the following: Violations of my privacy (4th amendment rights) in the form of phone taps, electronic surveillance, listening devices and microchip cameras; staking out my home with fully-equipped surveillance vans manned by government agents and placing tails on me while driving.

Electronic harassment, using microwave/pulse beam, laser and acoustic weaponry; so-called 'woodpecker' signals and the like. These electronic devices cause disturbances to the cerebrospinal and autonomic nervous systems and electromagnetic energy field of the body; interfere with brain wave frequencies and result in painful, debilitating physical symptoms such as nausea, muscle weakness, and migraine-like head pain. Long term sleep deprivation is another consequence. In their more extreme applications, these exotic weapons can cause cancer, stop a person's heart or literally 'fry' their internal organs. The government calls these devices 'non-lethal' weaponry. A misnomer if ever there was one.

Sabotage, harassment and 'setups' by agents provocateur. Blacklisting, character assassination and slander campaigns. Intimidation tactics, deploying military hardware and personnel. Harassment and intimidation tactics targeting certain of my supporters. (They sent a SWAT team to break down the door of one of my colleagues, a private investigator who had helped me to document and corroborate their electronic surveillance devices and phone taps.) Coercion, and even death threats, made against me, my family, friends and associates.

The perpetrators have made several assassination attempts, since 1994, using poison, drugs, prearranged and purposefully engineered car 'accidents' and by deploying exotic electronic weaponry, such as laser, microwave/pulse beam, etc. Although I came close to death after several of these incidents, I survived by what I can only call Divine Intervention.

Abductions by government agents, using drugs to knock me out, after which I was taken to various locations to be interrogated and 'debriefed' through coercive methods, also using drugs such as scopolamine and 'burandanga', a member of the nightshade family also known as the 'voodoo drug'. (These drugs as well as others are also used extensively inside CIA black ops.)

The perpetrators finally realized (and it took them long enough) that I cannot be bribed; cannot be blackmailed; cannot be re-recruited; cannot be intimidated, and that I am not afraid to die if that's what it takes. As I have said many times to anyone who would listen -and even to those who would not, including the perpetrators- I would rather die with honor, fighting for my freedom than compromise with evil.

Chip Tatum, ex-CIA deep cover operative and case officer, has publicly testified on my behalf and endorsed my credibility. He was one of several government and former government agents who warned me that my life was in serious danger and that the perpetrators would have no compunction about assassinating me ('terminate with extreme prejudice') if that's what it took to silence me, assuming they could get away with it. I had been aware for a long time that this was the case, but the warnings I received served to corroborate what I already knew. I understand that there are complex reasons why they have not been able -so far- to 'terminate' or 'eliminate' me (the perpetrators' terminology). As to the nature of those reasons, my only comment for now is 'no comment'.

Mr. Tatum has publicly testified with me, giving detailed accounts of the methodology of the harassment that I and other targets have been subjected to, and has admitted to participating in some of the harassment and 'neutralization' campaigns against US citizens while still employed by the CIA. He has clearly stated that those designated as 'targets' would only be those who have 'insider' knowledge of the government's criminal malfeasance and/or refuse to cooperate with their agenda.

Mr. Tatum was also tasked with carrying out assassinations. I have seen some of the documents, shown to me by Mr. Tatum. One such document was signed by former US President (and ex-CIA director) George Bush, in which Mr. Tatum was instructed in no uncertain terms, to 'neutralize' a certain person; an American citizen, no less! The target's name was Ross Perot. Mr. Tatum refused to carry out the mission. Although the CIA officially claims they are "not in the assassination business", nothing could be further from the truth!

Mr. Tatum exposed CIA drug-running operations connected with the Iran-Contra Affair as well as other CIA illegal covert operations. When his own life was threatened because he refused to further cooperate in these operations, he made the documents public: Incontrovertible evidence that our own government is behind the drug-abuse epidemic in this country, which has laid waste to so many young lives. So much for the 'War on Drugs'.

Mr. Tatum paid for his 'indiscretions' by spending two years in a federal prison, after being convicted of 'treason'. Last year (1998) after exposing as much as possible of what he knew, Mr. Tatum left the country permanently. I have documented a large body of his testimony, including personal conversations between myself and Mr. Tatum, most of which I have not yet made public. Some of the information given to me by Mr. Tatum served as corroboration of my own experiences, being insider knowledge of CIA black ops in which he and I were both involved.

This is only the tip of the iceberg. If you want to know what's really going on in this country, I hope you will support me in my efforts along with other whistleblowers to bring forth this vital information. For those of you who already do know about the state of emergency in this country, through your own experiences and research, I think you might agree that the future of our country as a free and sovereign nation may depend on having such information made public. The CIA operates on a 'need-to-know' basis. But it's American citizens that have the REAL 'need-to-know'. What you don't know CAN and WILL hurt you.

I am a survivor of CIA MK ULTRA and PHOENIX Project, trained and utilized by CIA as a deep cover operative and professional CIA asset, under mind control programming, which the perpetrators of this mind control believed was 'guaranteed under National Security'. Any oaths of secrecy which I may have signed or 'agreed' to were under coercion and/or mind control.

Since 1996, I have gone public by exposing what I learned about these illegal covert operations through my own involvement and subsequent research, having been victimized and exploited by the US government since childhood.

Among the code names assigned to me and under which I was utilized were: Sleeping Beauty, Blue Rose, and Black Angel. These code names make references to esoteric symbolism which relates to the nature of the various black operations and to the missions assigned to me. I reveal these names because I believe that some of those reading this may recognize them and understand their meaning.

I am a law-abiding citizen. Any and all illegal acts I may ever have committed could only have been done under coercion and/or mind control by the CIA and not under my own volition. It is necessary for me to state this for my own protection. I will also state for the record that any and all activities I engage in for the purpose of exposing -and stopping- government corruption are within the parameters of the law, both state and federal and as outlined in the US Constitution.

Although I have documented volumes of information about these government-sponsored black operations, such information is beyond the scope of this letter. I am distributing this letter as one of a number of ways to attempt to protect my life, which has been under serious threat since I broke out of CIA black ops in 1994 and began to publicly expose information about government corruption in 1996.

In the event that my demise occurs before I am able to reveal all I know, I hope that I will be vindicated and that other concerned American citizens will take up an investigation which will validate my testimony and see that justice is done to hold the perpetrators legally and morally accountable for their crimes. I would also request that one of my family members file a wrongful death suit against the government. Many others who knew the truth and who were willing to stand up against this tyranny have already been assassinated in the efforts of these perpetrators to cover up their crimes against humanity. As God is my witness, everything stated in my testimony here and in other interviews and documents is the truth.

GOVERNMENT WHISTLEBLOWERS TARGETED: A THREAT TO OUR LIVES

I was utilized against my will and in certain cases without my own knowledge or consent in CIA illegal domestic and foreign covert operations, otherwise known as 'black ops'. My life is in serious danger, due to the fact that I am in the process of exposing highly classified information about illegal and unethical violations of human rights by the CIA and other government agencies. These violations are infractions of established US national and international laws and codes, including the Nuremberg Code, the Geneva Convention.

My purpose in exposing this information is very simply my dedication to truth and justice and my deep concern about protecting the constitutional and human rights of American citizens. I also wish to make every effort to see that the perpetrators of these atrocities are held legally and morally accountable for the egregious abuses committed against myself and countless others.

These abuses include such things as: mind control using drugs, hypnosis and psychotronic technology; 'trauma-based' programming techniques; interrogation using coercion and torture; abductions; sexual abuse; blackmail; death threats to families and loved ones of the primary targets/agents should they fail to comply with the demands of the perpetrators; genetic engineering using certain 'elite' family bloodlines; human slavery; murder. As a result of my efforts to further investigate and expose this information, I have become a target of extreme harassment, political persecution and assassination attempts by agents of the US government and their international cohorts.

No matter what their spiritual or religious beliefs- or lack of them- I have to believe that most GOOD PEOPLE would agree that the activities of these perpetrators are at the very least illegal and unethical and a major threat to individual and collective freedom in this country. In my opinion and that of many others who hold similar spiritual convictions, they are flagrant crimes against God. If I know nothing else, I know what side I'm on: THE RIGHT SIDE. Every human being has natural telepathic and psychic abilities that have, over many, many generations, atrophied. Most of us never consider what it would be like to become telepathic all of a sudden, or start having to process information that does not come from our five senses. I think when most people consider these abilities, they imagine connections to higher frequencies, spirit guides, angels or God, as these abilities were designed in us to connect us to universal knowledge and guide us through our lives.

So what if someone found a way to open people up to these abilities suddenly, and then overwhelm these psychic connections with people around you with negativity? What if there were people who voluntarily became a part of a telepathic network and chose certain people to attack in this way?

The laws of the telepathic realms are simple. You hear what thought forms are directed at you, and everything is translated into language your ego can understand. This was designed so people wouldn’t be bothered with things that weren’t directed at them and break the language barrier. When you are being tortured by people around you who mean to overwhelm you with negativity, it is truly the only way to torture a person spiritually.

Who would do this? Many people know about Serial Ritual Abuse and Satanic torture. Most everything I’ve read has been about people who hand their children over to this kind of abuse, which creates Dissociative Identity Disorder brought on through triggering etc. This coming from the Satanists themselves, who are genetically dissociative and can be completely possessed by subconscious entities. From my experiences, people who voluntarily (are paid) to become involved in these telepathic torture campaigns become so dissociative about what they are involved in that, they too become possessed and their conciousness is used to project thought forms to people who are targeted, which could be described only as subhuman.

After decades of experimentation, how this is achieved is simply a matter of knowing what part of the brain would open people up to telepathic and psychic information. Whether it is nanotechnology or neurotoxins really doesn’t matter. What does matter is that it is possible and happening all over the world.

In January 2002, the National Association of Mental Illness’ website stated that in order to be diagnosed with schizophrenia a person had to experience a complete break with reality for 6 months or more. In May 2002, this information was changed to say that a person only had to hear voices and be paranoid in order to be diagnosed. This information was posted with a grant from Eli Lilly, who, it is no coincidence, manufactures medications that supposedly treat schizophrenia.

N.A.M.I., who is supposed to be an advocacy group for people with mental illness, broaden their diagnoses definitions, thus marginalizing thousands of people who are not mentally ill in the least.

George Bush and the Republicans are making plenty of money off the spiritual torture of people all over the world. If you are being tortured and cannot figure out why, think about this…by choosing people they feel are genetically incapable of the kind of possession they are and bringing your experience of reality down to it’s lowest common denominator, which is them, they keep you from carrying higher, conscious frequencies, which humans were designed to carry. If, by definition, a human being is capable of feeling love, compassion and empathy, they could not be human. Certainly their behavior and way of life is subhuman. It seems absurd to me that the human race is afraid of a few thousand ‘people’ with genetic D.I.D. that would like nothing more than to rid the earth of anyone who can think consciously about the things they do in their lives. Subconsciously, their spirit energies are scary, but how their energy translates to consciousness is pure stupidity. It doesn’t really matter if it is they themselves or any of the people that they get involved in a program of their conception, they seem of one subconscious mind. Absurd, moronic and ridiculous insults that mean nothing except to damage your spirit and take up every ounce of your mental energy so you have nothing left for yourself.

Love and strength to all of you being tortured. Don’t lose sight of the fact that there is a reason, and it is spiritual. There is a spirit energy that is meant to be for everyone that they are stealing through us with this and other programs.
